Absolutely shocking and disgraceful service over the past 3 years. They damage my car 2 years ago when it was in for a service and I was told over the phone it was a small scratch but when the car was delivered back there was a large chunk missing from the front spoiler. This meant I was driving about in a damaged car for a number of weeks before it being off the road for 2 weeks for repairs. This year the car was in for an MOT and it has taken 4 days to come to back to me. I have been promised call backs when I have called looking for an update and none have been forthcoming. I have been lied to by an engineer and when I questioned what he was telling me he start stuttering and tried to say he was getting mixed up with something else.........doesn't give much confidence either way! I was promised my car would be delivered back mid/late afternoon and it is now 6pm and the car is still not here. I don't think they could have treated a supposed valued customer of a luxury car with a less caring attitude if they tried! I am only giving this review 1 star as it would not let me post it if I gave 0.

Very poor customer service. They weren't interested in me as a customer (and that was before I spent any money)... I tried several times to buy a car from them, but the sales staff couldn't care less, the manager wasn't fussy (he only criticised my existing car), and the receptionist didn't even look in our direction, and certainly didn't greet us with a smile. I decided to travel (much further away) to visit another dealer, however I received fantastic service and was happy to spend my money with them instead. I won't be back at Pentland Landrover.

Woeful customer care!!!!

Experienced a few problems only to find out that I had been fed with complete lies by the salesman and then once I noticed that they had sold me an ex Land Rover experience car (they couldn't even polish off the sticker residue properly so never thought I'd find out) the sales manager was unapologetic for the lies I'd been told. The dishonesty and sneakiness of the sales department have really let down the rest of the team in my experience. I wouldn't trust them as far as I can spit in future. Be very careful with what you are told and check your new car with a fine tooth comb. Very disappointed.

Absolutely awful experience here . First of all took ages to book my Rangerover sport in , the keys were posted through the door as it was out of hours .
When I phoned the next day for an update they had apparently lost the keys ! Was told to call back in an hour and thankfully they were found but we're not where they should have been and the car still had not been looked at .
2 days later I got a call back with the fault , they told me it needed a new steering rack the cost for that wait for it £3,900 . Asked if they could get a reconditioned one and I was abruptly shot down in flames no we don't deal with reconditioned parts .
I told them I would pick the car up the next day she said well you really need to get it as soon as possible the attitude was your not spending get your car out of here .
The fee for looking at the car was £115.00 fair enough .
Arrived the next day with my husband and children and could not believe my eyes the paintwork had been damaged and scraped off above the rear wheel
I immediately notified them .
A technician came out from the garage and agreed it looked like something had maybe been spilled on it in the workshop . Raging is an understatement ! He then said there was no one there to deal with this as it was a Saturday and I should call back on the Monday
He told me not to worry that it would more than likely be fixed for me .

Monday morning I phoned and was passed from pillar to post eventually spoke to a woman she told me she was a manager unfortunately I can not recall her name , she was very abrupt and told me they 100% did not cause any damage to my car , I could not believe it , I asked her if she was there when my car was in the garage she said no but again refused to acknowledge any fault on behalf of the garage .
I asked to speak to another manager she refused and told me he will tell you the same thing and hung up on me .
Appalling service and behavior from there staff I will never frequent this particular dealership again .

Also sourced a steering rack online for £260 fitted for £150 total bill £410 compared to £3,900.
