Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, others well, how can I say this, look at you as if they trodden in something nasty. Not the quickest servicing, for example 2.5 hours to change an indicator bulb (ok not the easiest of tasks due to location). All I can say is if it was my own car not a company one, I wouldn't take it here.

Popped in to see what cars were available, and a car was found on ford direct I liked the sound of. I was given a valuation for my car - I was shown the print out with 3 possible prices and agreed mines would be the highest (at minimum). I queried the valuation included over £3500 worth of factory extras my car has and was told he would check and get back to me within half an hour. The short version, I didn't get a call back so called him to check and was told the valuation was £2000 lower than I had been quoted an hour before, and nothing to do with condition. No explanation, no reasons, no ownership - a shame cos the salesman had seemed decent. My car is completely mint and I was offered more from WeBuyAnyCar and other dealers. I'm disappointed and angry, it was a waste of time, and feel others should know and be prepared.

Talk about being messed around by Peoples!
Bought my '15 plate Fiesta from this dealership exactly 2 weeks ago. Got a really good trade in for my old Toyota, sales assistant was friendly and efficient, everything went swimmingly.
Then I collected the car!
Collected the car at the dealership only to discover there's no service records or manual. Assured they'd arrive immediately. 2 weeks, 2 phone calls and an email later they finally arrive. However, also in the very first minute of owning the car, before it's even driven off the forecourt, I discover the fan switch not working properly. It only works on setting no4, not 1, 2, or 3. A very common problem I later come to discover. So common in fact, there's a YouTube tutorial on fixing it yourself (if out of warranty of course) at home, without tools, in under 15mins.
So after explaining about this simple to fix & known fault in great detail to their customer services dept I'm booked in for an appointment 2 weeks later for what I assumed would be the problem fixed in a jiffy. On the day though i'm infuriatingly told only what I already know, that it needs a new fan switch resistor!!! And they'll have the part in a few days!!! Honestly, after sitting in traffic on the bypass for close to half an hour I almost blew a fuse!
I'm so very disappointed in People's & feel I have been greatly inconvenienced due to their lack of professionlism, foresight & customer care.
This has not been a good experience at all, except for the car, it drives like a dream, so far.........

Phoned up to buy a new transit, guy was more interested in how I was going to pay? Asked for a quote for a 470 Jumbo as Ford no longer offer spares for my 11 year old 430 Jumbo.

Clearly I didn't sound like I can afford to buy from them so they never bothered to call me back with the figures.

Bought an Iveco 50 instead!

Good service, well kept building with coffee and tea while you wait. Courtesy car service if needed.
Only reason for the 4 star is down to the forecourt/car park being very tight

Would recommend this dealership. Great value for money. Knowledgeable staff, who are very approachable.... As I really don't like going into car dealerships, as most folk don't. But it was free from all the pressure and hard sell that you get from other dealers...

After an unsatisfactory visit where I felt like my visit was dragged out longer than necessary I then got a call asking for feedback when I have explicitly emailed asking my information to be removed from their system. The information provided about the cars was fine on the day, but very slow even after I made it clear I was going to be late for another appointment.
