Peoples Ford Falkirk

Bought a kuga from Evans halshaw, had problems after a week of ownership, had turbos and all sorts replaced at Evans. Problems still persisted, and after 1 trip to people's all problems were gone. Can't praise Brian the mechanic enough for his knowledge and expertise. Craig on the desk was also pleasant and kept cost to a minimum. Highly recommend.

Had damage to either side of my back bumper, mostly paint, both reflectors and lamp cracked.... got a good quotes from people's, advised max 1 and a half days.... got it back, was as if no damage taken place, very precise and tidy work, like nothing happened... very happy customer.

Thursday 14 sept I picked up my vehicle after the rectification.
I must admit it was 100% spot on I was delighted to see it was all rectified superbly and all the thanks goes to john he was excellent throughout the whole process from start to finish .
I would definitely recommend john to sort any issues you have he's the person can get the job done 100% accurate and detail to the finish is excellent.

After my recent accident my car was booked in people's in Falkirk through my insurance company.
And they did an estimate for my car and said they can't respray my whole bonnet because it would cost too much .
Needless to say I wasn't impressed and got in touch with my insurance company which to my delight they reassured me that it would be a complete bonnet respray regardless the cost .
Then after a week later I went to pick up the car when it was ready , to my shock i found out that it wasn't a complete respray on the bonnet.
Then I had to call insurance and the told me it was authorised and it should have been done .
I had no apologies from the guy called Kevin and he seemed that he wasn't impressed or couldn't be bothered with me not being happy with what has happened.
I understand some times mistake happen but it's how you deal with it that matters.
Customer service is very bad .not impressed and had to wait another week which should have been done in the first place .
Never again stay clear away !!

The sales person was appalling. We came in looking for a particular type of car which they didn't have. Instead he wanted us to decide on which car to buy purely on the strength of an internet search...

Can't vouch for other parts of Peoples Falkirk but Johnny in the body shop has been really helpful. Just a very simple wing mirror but Johnny has really tried to break through the bureaucracy of insurance companies to get me back on the road as soon as possible.

My car was sub contracted out to these lot to have a steering fault diagnosed and repaired. When I got the car back engine cover missing and stereo not working. Was told stereo was nothing to do with them, "WHAT EVER". had to go back and ask for engine cover, looked at as if I was stupid. I maybe blonde and female but certainly NOT STUPID. Will never allow my car to go back near them. One very disgruntled customer.

Car booked in to have recall and 2 warranty repairs. Poor communication between staff. Fault still not sorted. Diagnostic paid for. Attitude was that of..... Oh well. And to top it off courtesy car wasn't courtesy.... Had to pay for the insurance and the actual courtesy car was off road due to a fault and had been given to me to drive. I was made to feel like I should have been greatful. Oh well. Director will be contacted again. Bernard the service manager had a poor customer service attitude when told fault still there even though told was sorted.

Shockingly bad garage! Would never use again out of choice.

Have used the garage before (and had problems with customer service then) and booked the car in again (the had the reg so knew the details) and was quoted for a service and MOT, after dropping the car off they phoned to say they couldnt do what was quoted for that price and I would have to pay extra for the same service. They checked back the phone call and reluctantly said they would merit the price, but this was after initially just being told either pay for the parts or I wouldnt get them.

I am disabled driver with a car on mobility, from peoples, I put my car in because the brakes were grinding as i need my car I was set up with a courtesy car but found out it had a manual gearbox, as I need an automatic gearbox this was no good to me. when I pointed this out to customer services they informed me they had no automatic gearbox courtesy cars so I will just have to do without one. so I have to do without a car, whilst this will be for only one day it is not the point. I am deeply dissapointed with peoples and to be honest have been put off getting my new car in march from them, and do not think much of the customer care because I am a customer and will be letting mobility of peoples lack

First rate. Friendly knowledgeable staff. High quality work. Accurate cost quotes. This is not my local dealer but I come here because of the service.
