I had my DAB radio radio on my Ford Mondeo fixed today at Livingston service was excellent

In early 2016, in an agreement sealed by a handshake with Mr Richard McTaggart, Car Sales Manager (acting on behalf of Mr Ken Clezy, Director and General Manager) in relation to an ongoing unresolvable issue we had with the footbrake ‘clunk’ of our new Ford KA, Mr McTaggart committed to keep me informed as to progress and to contact me as soon as the new Ford KA+ (which does not have a footbrake ‘clunk’) came in to Livingston branch, to arrange for our moving over to the new Ford KA+. The Ford KA+ came in around October 2016 and it is now February 2017 and Mr McTaggart has yet to honour any of his commitments. Poor performance by Peoples’ management!

Why does the dealership principal not answer concerns of their unhappy customers on here and explain exactley what their resolutions will be .

The service department here are an absolute joke!! My fiesta st has been in twice now for the same problem and still hasnt been fixed!!! They literaly just gave me the car back the second time and told me its not fixed and couldnt book it in because the service departments shut at 12 on a saturday!! Who shuts on a saturday when most people only have time to deal with them on a weekend!!!!

Excellent Service. Please read. I had an issue with water ingress on a ford focus that an alternative mainstream dealer could not resolve after repeated attempts over best part of a month.

Scott and the team at Livingston had the car less than an hour before calling me back to say they have found the problem and fixed it!!!! Brilliant. They then asked if they could keep the car over night as they wanted to strip out the carpets to 'properly' clean and dry them out - something I was more than happy to allow them to do. Not only did they permanently fix the issue they also went (i believe) above and beyond what they needed to do to get the car back to showroom condition for me. Highly recommend them. Thanks Kenny.

I would like to leave some positive feedback for the dealership in Livingston. After twenty years of buying cars from various companies I would like to say that the experience of purchasing our new car at peoples ford was by far the best sales and service we have received in a long time. No pressure sales tactics,a friendly manner in the showroom and nothing was too much when relating to a couple of small issues with the new car. Would definitely use and recommend this dealership again when updating my other car in the next year or so. Thanks to Ian Mowat for all your help regarding the new car.
