I went into Perth Audi to have a look at changing my 3 year old A5, the sales men that helped me was Bobby who was fantastic from the very start. Once I had looked through the various different cars I bought a brand new A4. At this point I was passed over to Angus who worked out the best finance options and again the level of service and care from Angus was fantastic. Angus even dealt with questions that I had on his day off which is above and beyond!! I collected the car on Saturday again not knowing that it was Bobby's day off and he came into the showroom to hand the car over to me. A level of service I don't think you would get in many showrooms. Bobby and Angus are a huge credit to Perth Audi....can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me.

My Audi was recovered last weekend by Audi breakdown due to a substantial fuel leak to which being a motorcycle rider I wanted rectified immediately to stop diesel deposits on the road. My car was recovered to Perth Audi (Cameron's) and I had to find an enterprise car hire which was miles away from the Audi dealer to whom never had a car to give me and to get me home to East Lothian. I received a digital diagnose on the following day via email from Perth Audi of what my car needed which went to approximately £1200 inc vat and no mention of the problem of what the car was recovered for?? I called them and got the service manager to whom seemed to be more interested in stripping and rebuilding my car with no mention of the initial problem?? After I informed him that I just bought the car from Edinburgh Audi and that this is under warranty and great that he had found so many problems he started back tracking about the problems highlighted and they will get going with the initial problem they should have been doing in the first place 🤔. I was receiving constant texts and missed calls to get in touch with the service manager David and being given constant drivel about a gearbox glitch which was adjusted and has taken their technician hours to rectify! Ehhhh fuel leak?? 💡. I received further calls eventually regarding the initial problem and told that after hours of investigation that they have sourced fibres which has similarities to human hair in the filler neck of the fuel tank which they accessed from under the rear seat of the car and removed. They called me and requested would I be willing to pay for the fuel to be filled up as they would have to top up the fuel tank to test if the tank was still leaking to which I agreed and told them that it was filled up by myself the day before it was recovered and still had almost 3/4 a tank in it.. David the service adviser told me they would keep a receipt to back this up.. I went to Perth Audi today to uplift my car and was hit with a £37 fuel charge when my car is only £45 to fill from empty?? I asked the service adviser why it needed so much fuel and was told the technician would have removed fuel to inspect the tank?? After being told they had observed the tank from under the rear seat! Also 40 miles accumulated on to my mileage which seems like a rigorous test drive! Also the car was filthy as if it had been sat next a main road and given a quick wash down by a 6 year old! And the moral of the story is that the seal that was leaking and the initial problem for the car being recovered has not been replaced!! 😰 Well help ma bob! The seal cannot be removed from under the back seat and was obviously too big a job for them to drop the fuel tank for the sakes of a £5 seal.. do not use this garage for a quick fix as they are sales motivated and with no receipt for the fuel they allegedly had to purchase to fill up just over 1/4 of a tank I find very untruthful for such a big dealer!

Went in for a health check, no issues. Superb friendly service, arrived back at agreed time all washed / cleaned inside. Thanks to Graham and the Perth team.

Car was in for a service as per Audi service plan.

No issues with service received , car was ready on time, and was washed.

It would have been four stars but for the following.

A major Audi franchised service does not include a Pollen Filter (which Audi claim needs replaced at least every 2 years), hardly an all encompassing service plan if I have to buy one and fit it myself.

And I did email asking for clarification but unfortunately I didn't receive a reply.

But compared to most main dealers a very very positive experience.

Excellent service today - 18,000 mile service, dropped off and given a run to work after only a couple of minutes wait. Car serviced/washed/vacuumed and then dropped back off at my work (with free taxi voucher in case I needed it in case traffic was going to be too bad for them to do that). Payment taken over the phone and receipt in the car. Faultless experience! :)

You're not very welcomed.
I've been there a week ago. Sales man was 20 steps away asked me what I want. Tried to say come closer, he couldn't get because he was far away. Repeated twice booth side. After I changed my voice to very loud, then the man walked towards me. I apologised and mentioned why I'm there. Meanwhile a manager rushed to speak with a lady what is the situation is. (I read the conversation from the girls lips)

Not a big mistake but I would respect and appreciate my customers when they walk in to the showroom.
Lady from reception desk just did the same when I walked in to door.

One of the most professional car franchises / dealers I have ever dealt with, I find it most refreshing dealing with a large family business that delivers outstanding customer care' Every-time 10/10.

This is the first time I have ever left a review of anything, but was so angry I felt that I had to say something. Having used this garage to both buy and service my vehicle I feel totally let down by them. I recently had my car serviced and duly took a call from camerons to tell me that my car needed both brake discs and pads front and rear at a cost of £550-£600. I declined this and the following day took my car to my local garage who had a look and said that as far as they were concerned these items would not need changed for at least 6 months. The reason I have put this review up is because camerons did exactly the same thing about a year ago, They maybe selling a luxury marque but in my opinion they do not follow up with service deserving of the name.
