The toolbox used in problem solving give powerful options for developing ideas for new products – from incremental improvements through to potentially breakthrough concepts. ►Training, Coaching and Mentoring: Success in innovation depends upon individual team members having certain thinking skills that are not often taught in school or university. We have developed and delivered training courses in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia, introducing participants to essential skills used in new product development, problem solving, decision making and innovation. Follow-up coaching and mentoring is a key part of this training process.
