We are on holiday and our first time to Perth, from the minute we went to pay for our entry the lady couldn’t help us enough.. she even saved me money when I went to buy a £15 swimsuit for my little one by giving me a reduced price one that was even nicer than the one I had picked. She told us where to go and how to use things and gave us change for everything we needed.

Over shoes provided which is a great idea, I see all these complaints about dirt in the changing rooms... I can’t see how this would be the case if people abided and wore the over shoes. It was mainly children walking around in outdoor shoes which is not the pools fault.

The prices are great compared to pools near us and the facilities are brilliant, the girls loved the bubbles and the outdoor pool and adored the little kiddies water play area.

Really shocked to see all the bad reviews as we couldn’t fault it. We had a great time and found everyone to be super friendly. It’s never going to be perfect, it’s a public swimming pool... I don’t think the majority of the bad reviews are due to the pool but are in fact due to grubby members of public.

Would deffo come again ďż˝

Went with my 6 year old son, who is autistic. We had such a good day, was plenty to do. He particularly loved the outside area and the lovely warm learning pool which was nice and quiet compared to the leisure pool side. Downsides were the plants outside dropping leaves in the water which then migrate inside; there were not enough showers and they were too cramped together (would have preferred some private shower cubicles as well); the changing rooms are very cramped and dated. The sirens at the change of session upset my son, but it was only our first time going so hopefully I'll have a better idea when it's coming next time, to be able to warn him. Oh and if you've not been before the lockers take 50p coins, I was expecting them to take ÂŁ1 so didn't have the right change.

This was a family visit while we were on holiday in Perth. We had a lovely visit. It was very busy being the summer holidays. I thought it was clean considering the amount of people visiting. As mentioned in earlier reviews could do with a few more showers but to be fair it wasn't a long wait to use them. We would definitely go back if we visit Perth again.

Kids had a ball but I thought a lifeguards job was helping children struggling in the water to stay afloat when they were clearly needing help but No shouting at children is clearly what they’re meant to do - didn’t come across as very professional and won’t be hurrying back if that’s the case. I think that lifeguard was frightened to get her feet wet.

Always enjoy my swim in the big pool. However, the last few times we've stopped by the cafe for a bite to eat, you're not exactly made to feel very welcome by the majority of the staff. They looked so bloody miserably and not a word of greeting or made to feel welcome. Only exception to this was Saturday 21st October when the young lady at the till couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.

User

Took my son to the Perth Leisure Pool and none of the attractions were on. No flumes. No rapid water. No cannons. I could see 2 security cameras from my changing room which made me feel uncomfortable. The gaps in the changing room doors were worrying too. Signs of rust all over the frame that holds the full moon flume.

Apparently the leisure centre was closed for a refurb. I could not spot anything that was different.

Back to Dundee swimmies next week.

I was very disappointed with the pool and the staff!! I have always loved the pool but to say I was disgusted is an understatement! In 2 separate places on poolside I saw used Elastoplast lying ( wish now I had taken a photo)! Told 2 different members of staff about this on arrival and they were still there on us leaving the pool! They could not have cared less, all they seemed to be interested in was chatting! Asked another member of staff when the slides would be on and I got a shrug of the shoulders and told maybe about 5 minutes! I have a pool where I live locally but always took the trip to Perth as loved it, will not be returning with my 2 children as between the cleanliness and staffs lack of enthusiasm has put me off!!! I spent around ÂŁ20 to get in and wasn't worth 20p!!!

User

Changing rooms very mucky and floors were filthy. A child was sick in the kids slide area, the water from there was then poured out under the small bridge into the main pool. Apparently the purpose of this was for the water to go into a grate, but much of it poured into the main pool. Great slides and different areas for kids but shabby facilities, poor hygiene standards and filthy floors.

User

I really want to like your pool. I love swimming and so do my family.

But even though your staff are lovely and I could put up with the lack of showers - its the condition of the centre which is deplorable.

I should not have to think about the broken tiles by the flumes. I shouldn't have to think about the poolsides being dirty continually.

But I really shouldn't have to think about the floating faeces in your pool!
