We started the week with storm Ciara and Storm Denis the Menace is fast approaching this weekend. It did not put a damper on our pups at play though.

We need your help. There have been no new cases of the gastroenteritis bug in the past two weeks and we remain vigilant for any signs of it here. This bug is sweeping the whole of the UK (see below article from Edinburgh evening news). Most dogs get over the bug in a few days but for others it can be more serious. We have a rigorous cleaning regime at the centre but need your help in keeping the bug at bay. If your dog shows any of the following symptoms vomiting, diarrhoea, painful tummy, loss of appetite, or is just plain not themselves. Please keep them off daycare and get them to the vets for a checkup; early treatment is best. Also, check when your dog was last wormed, it is important to worm your dog as per your vets instructions.
