Thank you for a quick pick up when I broke down on A9 and needed to get to home urgently. Lady taking details was so helpful and driver Jordan was professional and courteous.

Just back from holiday and thought I have to write this review....my flight had been delayed and was worried my taxi wouldn't be there but sure enough the driver had tracked my flight and he was there write on cue....with a cheery welcome and helped me with my luggage....think his name was Douglas Adam....so if you see this Douglas thankyou very much for all your help.

I use Radio Taxis all the time donвАЩt even have to give my name and itвАЩs great that they are in a uniform black trousers and there yellow polo shirts excellent service

Have used this company for years. Customer service generally very good however a specific mention must go to their driver Tony who followed a bus that I had missed due to an error from the controller, from Perth to Bridge Of Earn at no extra charge. Superb customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to rectify a company error that wasn't his fault. Thanks Tony!

I call when the taxi is 10 minutes late to hear that there's a lot of traffic (no shit, it's a Friday afternoon - why do you think I prebooked?). You then tell me that he's went to the wrong place but it will just be a few minutes and he'll be here. Well that was bull, as after I've changed my travel plans and started to make my alternative journey home I get a text 35 minutes later to say my driver has arrived, only 45 minutes later than my original booking time. What a shambles, and because of you I won't see my little one before his bed tonight now and I'm also more out of pocket than I would've been otherwise.

Brilliant service to and from glasgow airport in the mini bus. Brilliant price. Flight was delayed on way back and yet the driver (jordan) was still spot on waiting to take us home. Defo recommend. Have used this company for years. Customer service generally very good however a specific mention must go to their driver Tony who followed a bus that I had missed due to an error from the controller, from Perth to Bridge Of Earn at no extra charge. Superb customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to rectify a company error that wasn't his fault. Thanks Tony!

Thanks to your useless service I will now be home an hour and a half later than I should be. I booked a taxi for half past 4 and received immediate confirmation. I call when the taxi is 10 minutes late to hear that there's a lot of traffic (no shit, it's a Friday afternoon - why do you think I prebooked?). You then tell me that he's went to the wrong place but it will just be a few minutes and he'll be here. Well that was bull, as after I've changed my travel plans and started to make my alternative journey home I get a text 35 minutes later to say my driver has arrived, only 45 minutes later than my original booking time. What a shambles, and because of you I won't see my little one before his bed tonight now and I'm also more out of pocket than I would've been otherwise.
