Great little post office. Helpful and courteous staff!

Handy post office

Bought postage on-line using Royal Mail's "Click and Drop" service (just under 5 kg - 1st class) - took parcel to this Post Office to drop it off. Girl at counter said Royal Mail wasn't accepting parcels above 2 kg for drop off (later checked with RM help desk - not the case.)

She told me I needed to upgrade to different service for an extra £10.75 (Special Delivery) - as it was for Christmas felt I'd no choice but to accept. Note to self - go elsewhere in future!

Natasha and Delphine gave me very good customer service,well done.

Terrible they will always try and make you pay for a more expensive service than you need.
I know to watch out for it now but often see them taking advantage of people who don't know to challenge them.
