Avoid,they are a shambles.Non delivery blamed on supplier,then the haulier,who next.

Worst company ever. Asking for parts for months and don't get any message saying of the part has arrived. Even chasing it up they still do nothing.

Great service. Friendly owners. Good accessories for your hot tubs. And good deals on buying hot tubs and saunas.

Unprofessional rip off company. BEWARE. Paid for hot tub cover with same dimensions as old one. Turn up, don't even ring doorbell just go around back. Wrong colour, Blue and cheap cheap cover. This company is not to be trusted! We get a cover that is half quality of previous one and with little thermal protection for winter. WE KNOW WHERE YOU ORDERED FROM - and chose cheapest for us so you could keep huge amount of Money, to yourselves. DISHONEST! Phone to complain receptionist rude and tries to cover up. This company did measurements from hot tub cover we have, and should have been the same thickness etc. And colour BLUE is far from brown! Come back next day and tresspass our property without permission to take away cover. Again do not ring doorbell. So far have not refunded credit card. HERE WE GO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. This company has, WE NOW realise a bad reputation. Even employees not happy with Company! That says it all. PLEASE PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY/ COWBOYS!!!! 20.10.2016

I did not buy my hot tub from this company, I own a Chinese hot tub which I bought online and was kerbside delivered to my house, after a year of owning the hot tub the pump stopped working. I tried numerous companies over Scotland and it was only this one that was interested in even looking at my issue, (free of charge, where as other companies quoted £200 for a site visit to my area). Perth Spas within one week had diagnosed 3 issues and repaired them at a very reasonable cost. Since then I have upgraded this chinese hot tub for a quality American built garden leisure spa, supplied and fitted by Perth Spas (the engineering team are great). I have made two visits to the showroom for chemicals and filters, I didn't take my old filter with me but the lady in the showroom was very helpful and was able to measure and check size charts to find my filter! Could not reccomend this company more. John Jacobs (Turriff).
