Not best pleased quick to take your money but not soj fast at warranty work four weeks and counting feeling very. annoyed

I use the accessories shop and always given great advice in relation to either a product or repair I am doing.

Excellent service and good advice staff very helpful shop seems to have all the odd bits for repairs

Very poor after sales service from Sales Staff, old story that once they have a sale they are no longer interested.. Dropped off caravan today for first service, very disappointed with attitude of service department. Last year we had a caravan mover fitted by Perthshire Caravans and from day one it did not operate correctly.Last week the manufacturer of the mover sent an engineer to check the system and found that Perthshire Caravans had wired the mover incorrectly .The response to this situation from one of the directors was quite pathetic.

Has potential to be great. I personally would have one of the second hand caravans or camper vans set up out side with plastic furniture, awning the works with tea coffee and snacks facilities to allow those who are considering the mobile camping life to enjoy a bit of what it is like.

Signed from the M90 if you're quick to spot it. The site is very big with an extensive choice of motorhomes and caravans, both new and second hand. You can just walk round and look at their stock. Not every van was open but quite a few were and there were steps to see into the others. Staff were available but didn't approach us. There was plenty of parking and also customer toilets available. We also saw some people taking test drives round the site. Prices too rich for me though.
