To R Morgan. Your comment is harsh and untrue, the fitters and sales staff are professional with lots of years experience and nowhere else can you go in and buy a carpet and get next day fitting or within a couple of days. Maybe you had a bad experience and you are 1 in a million but does happen and sales staff are certainly not rude quite the opposite
