Thanks so much for saving my bacon on Thursday when the roof stopped working on my 640D, it was stuck half way up like I was about to go into some transformer mode. two hours before I went on holiday. Staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful and went over and above to rush the car into the shop even though they were fully booked. All sorted and no big repair bill thanks to all involved. Have used this garage for my older 330 and will continue to do so with confidence.

I have purchased my last 2 cars from this dealership, always received great service and been happy with the deal provided after a bit of negotiation!



As I’m not local, today was my first time using the service department and they were fantastic! Had my daughter with me and we waited while the work was being carried out - staff couldn’t have done enough to help me keep her entertained.



Great experience all round!

Every time I have my car in here for a service or other work there is always an issue. I had my car in for a service almost a month ago and for the second time, they made a mistake on the service book. Again when I complained they said they would score it out. Not really the best selling your car on with a service book with multiple mistakes on it. After explaining this, I was told I would get a new one posted out in 2-3 days. After 2 weeks and not receiving this, I contacted them and was told it was being sent out that night. That was over a week ago, no book and no contact yet, so again will be up to me to chase this so called premium brand dealer. This is just one of many poor customer service situations I have had here.

Phoned late one afternoon to arrange to view/test drive a car the following morning. All good.



Travelled through to Edinburgh from Glasgow to be kept waiting for an hour before being told the car I was there to see had been sold the previous day.



They then tried to sell me another car which wasn’t suitable. Over the next two weeks they called twice trying to sell me the same car.
