Horrendous from start to finish.

Came here to see a specific car from internet.

-car was absolutely filthy ; was told it was just brought in (why it’s online if not sellable?)
- Had to have a jump start to get it ready for a test drive. He then told me it was cause it was cold outside
- I eventually put a deposit of 100 down to secure it over the weekend to let me think. I was called literally 3 hours later and pressured for an answer as they had already tried to sell it to someone else! I told them to forget it and return my deposit.

From this date it took 6 WEEKS to get this back. I phoned them no less than 4 times and only got my money back after I phoned head office and threatened legal action.

Absolutely useless : avoid at all cost.
I’d rather walk everywhere than buy a car from here.

I wouldnt even give this company 1 star. There after sales is appalling. I purchased a car from them in good faith, I bought the car a week before sitting my driving test. I've now been passed over 8 weeks and not been on the road once. Their mechanics and repairs team must be first year apprentices the amount of issues with the car, which I had an independent report done on. I have photos to back this up. When I called them up to tell them about the repairs that needed doing and that I was not willing to keep this car one of the staff told me if Peter vardy are happy with the standard of repairs done I'm stuck with the car. How lovely. And they say the pride themselves on doing everything for their customers ha what a load of rubbish. I would never recommend them to anyone. No correspondence from them what so ever, no log books, no manuals, and oh no car as I've dumped it at a local Peter vardy. I'm having to go through my finance company for an investigation which was meant to take 8 weeks. It's now over that. Having been promised call backs from them with nothing so far. I'm still having to keep my payments going so it doesn't affect my credit rating. Well done bunch of robbing cowboys

Staff were really professional, not pushy like other car showroom sales persons at other car showrooms we have been to. Made to feel at ease, left us to approach them if we had a questions we wanted answered about any particular car we were interested in. Would certainly recommend to others looking to buy a used car.

Aftercare is shocking, was meant to get half price payments until Christmas as this was part of my deal if I bought the car the day I did, didn't get half price payments and had problem with car not even 3 months later, contacted after care team and no reply. Will not come here again neither will any of my family who have previously shopped here

Will never buy a car from here again. They have registered my car to the wrong person, i have no log book or have no idea who actually owns my car. The car i test drove is different from the car i actually bought when they were informed of this mistake i couldn't swap them as the finance had already been sorted out (they are the same make and model) they offered compensation which we still haven't recieved. We have been trying to sort this out for a month now and still haven't gotten anywhere.
The sale felt forced (they took my old car keys) but they did bring the car down to match my budget and i am happy with the car, i can't fault it.

Great place for a new car. Pool table and computer games for the kids; free coffee, and a wee ride in a golf cart to see the cars. Spot on.

Bought a car. Paid cash. Promised scuffs/chips/faulty air con/rear wiper blade hanging off/screaching side windows, etc would all be sorted when we collected car.

This was not done.

Then told on day of collection (on which we waited over an hour because nobody knew what the hell was going on...MOT and service book, unstamped and missing...scuffs still on car, mats had been removed, etc...wasn't even sure we would even get to pick it up...) that they would phone us and that it would be booked in ASAP the following week and get sorted.

Again, this was not done. Nobody phoned.

WE phoned up no less than SIX TIMES over the next 3 weeks. Always get patched through to the call centre elsewhere. Have to explain the situation from scratch every time.

Got sick of this. Went into showroom in person. Twice. Usual excuses. Never get allowed to speak to manager...get put in a room with an admin person with an attitude.

As of today, car is now booked in, SIX WEEKS FROM ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE, to get work done that was supposed to be done on collection. Have to argue the toss about promises broken about being told car would be picked up and not have us coming and dropping it off and wasting more of our time.

Paid 7.5K for car...and they even have the audacity to argue that they were right to take the car mats out of it when it was collected.

The salesman's gaffer also gave him a bollocking for not charging us 80 quid to remove the 2 racing stripe stickers on the bonnet which we didn't like. Considering he just got a 7.5 grand sale out of us, this is ridiculous.

Promises made and not kept. Always an excuse for stuff that goes wrong...we're not interested in excuses...the end result is the same anyway, ie. stuff doesn't get done.

Our review matches many of the above 1-star reviews. Not even going to bother asking for a free service or anything like that for our trouble...we'll take it somewhere that won't piss us about.

Once I had picked the car I liked the salesman walked myself out to a totally different car. Loads of staff yet most were standing around doing nothing. Very over priced, probably to pay for all the staff to do nothing.

Amazing experience buying a car from here. No pushy sales. Areas for kids to play.

Liars, gave me a several hundred pounds higher settlement figure than the official one which came through the post 2 days later.

Tried to sell me a 2012 Kia Rio for £5400, laughed at them, told them AC were doing a 2014 plate for only £600 more then left.

Don't be fooled by the whole "we rate customer care more than selling cars" nonsense.

Horrible place, where all the selling desks are crammed into tight rows so close you can hear other people's business being done.

Daughter bought a car from them and I must say the service and experience was the best I ever seen in relation to the car trade. She was treated with respect and also got a great sent off when she went to collect her car. Would consider getting cars from here myself in future.
