Avoid like the plague!!! I was unfortunate enough to purchase a Range Rover Sport from these rogue traders. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a black car and was sent a grey one. The car turned up like a pig sty with coffee stains and mud marks all over. There was a big plastic trim missing from the boot and there was no spare key. On the first motorway drive the traction warning light appeared. After contacting PETER vardy I was put through to the sales manager David Thompson. He promised to get all the work done if I booked it in with my local dealer. After booking it in he refused to communicate with my dealership and did not keep to his promise of getting the work done. This company and its sales manager have no integrity or sense of customer service. I have now referred the matter to Land Rover Uk. I would never ever buy another vehicle from these cowboys again nor would I recommend them.

Staff member I dealt with was rude and aggressive, I called to complain but nobody returned my call. I also never received a feedback form, I wonder why? Apparently the warranty issues my vehicle has will not be fixed until it fails an MOT, I asked if it would fail and she said yes. Does that not mean my car is not road worthy? Really disappointed, its a false claim your vehicle has 2 years warranty when Peter Vardy find a way to not actually carry out the repairs. It was a very uncomfortable experience and in front of my child, shocking. Will be going elsewhere to upgrade.

Cant fault this company. Always helpful when im in and have now just purchased my third Land Rover from them. Staff are helpful and professional. The new showroom is excellent.

Terrible service I have a £60000 pound jeep on order and was told I would receive the car well before the 24th march which is the only reason I ordered it from Aberdeen if I new that was the case I would have ordered it from my local Land Rover dealer in Edinburgh as the promised I would have it by the 24th and now I wish I did!! it is the 22nd today & my car isn't even showing built out the factory yet and the person I am dealing with at Aberdeen Land Rover can't even answer my questions!! shocking service called loads of times and send numerous emails it is like trying to get blood out a stone to get a reply or someone to speak to!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Extremely poor service, in the show room they are friendly and pleasant, but back up info and help is atrocious. Very poor given that the cars they sell are in the higher priced bracket. This was my third attempt at buying a car from them and was my last, ended up going down to Edinburgh to buy one. Very professional and must agree with my colleagues who have done the same, much more enjoyable, they remember what its like for the customer to buy a new car, constant updates and could not be more helpful. Will never recommend PV to anyone
