I was mis sold a product over the phone Check and treat. Basically £25 to look at the car and tell me what I already know. The lady on phone said my oil would be topped up but basically told no. I can look at a car for that money

Would not recommend this dealership at all! 3 weeks waiting on car and was fobbed off in more than 1occasion. We done all the phoning round to the garage to find out what was happening. Attitude on 1 of the managers was appalling. Finally got the car and no one showed us the buttons where the lights were or nothing. And to top it off after being promised £20 of fuel it was on empty. Considering we were a customer we were not treated like 1. Not happy at all and had cheek to give us recommend vouchers. No thanks wont be getting another car from there and I defo wont be recommending anyone either!!!!!

Well mother paid a deposit on Monday. Signed all paperwork ..invited in to change her car only after 3 years ...no response for days as to when car being delivered ignored for 4 days by sales manager finally told the car she had "bought" had been already been sold and now as they can't source a car offered her a demonstration car with a few thousand miles at an extra cost of 29 quid a month? ���� I'll be speaking to managers on Monday a Shame Peter vardy couldn't have managers on till the same time as the normal staff letting the minions taking the fall out (however I was polite) won't be so polite on Monday....

Was advised via phonecall from Mechanic/Technicians to come in and get a small 20min repair done.

After waiting 15mins; on the unpleasant reception lady gossiping away - I eventually was called and treated with the utmost disrespect and told to leave the car all day... After this I just walked away �

The car is fantastic but peter Vardy failed terribly,I’d been paying a service plan for my VXR for 3.5 Years had two services and now they say it’s not covered because they talked me into buying a new one same car different colour,even though the salesman said the the plan would swap over no problem EMAC who operates the plan said there was no problem but vardy refuses to honour it and actually expect me to pay again for the service I’ve already paid for,I’ve cancelled the plan and taken my car to a reputable garage and will not use or recommend them again just ripoff merchants

Very bad experience with this dealership, would highly recommend avoiding it! put a deposit against a car in August 2013, and as of today STILL don't have my money refunded, even though the salesman claims to have processed the paperwork twice AND a manager claims to have done it too.

Shocking customer service .After sales is shocking me and my wife collected our car yesterday and the sale service was poor . We where told the car would have fuel in it which it didn't the sale man that we where dealing with was to busy so a other sale man took over the deal after paying for the car we where gave two keys with a apologies for not give us a key ring for them .and that was that we where not shown where the car was or anything. It my first experience doing business with Peter vardy and will be my last. I has also notice the car has a loud noise coming from the back of the car .my wife made the sales man aware of this and was told to drive it a couple of days and see if it clears. Take my advice stay well clear.

SHAME ON YOU MR PETER VARDY - you need to go on ‘Under Cover Boss’ to see what’s really going on in the Service Deoartment of your business. I’m still waiting after 5 weeks , for Chris the Service Manager, to call back re car play and OnStar WiFi problems that have been on going since purchased new in September. The After Sales Service is non existent and the Customer Care & Customer Service procedures are disgraceful & shameful. ! I have booked my car in 5 times for an assessment of the problem - the first 4 appointments, at my time and expense I may add, were either :- mysteriously not in the booking system , or ONSTAR systems were conveniently down that day, or Dani didn’t bother to turn up on my precious Saturday morning, as it was the staff night out the night before... !!! Shocking disgraceful practice. !!! No regard , attempt or interest in putting things right or ensuring customer satisfaction - very disappointed. !! There probably won’t be a satisfactory response to this post either which will only serve to consolidate my point.

Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy you should be ashamed of yourselves ! 2 days you've had our car. 2 days work my husband has lost. Day one: computer says no! Try taking it for a run we say. Day 2, oh yes you say, there is a fault. But we don't know where it is. We will need to keep it for a 3rd day. Second time it's been plugged into your computer in 3 weeks and now you tell us it needs a software update ??? And that'll be £30 extra labour charge ??? It comes to you every year for a service to keep the lifetime warranty going. Yes, lifetime warranty which you sold all your Corsas with in September 2010!! But now you're claiming we don't have one ??? And what about It sounding like a bag of spanners when it first starts up and makes a popping sound about 15 seconds after that. This doesn't happen now and again but every day. We take it you have enjoyed this experience too having had the car for over 48 hours now? This isn't the first time we've had issues with the service team. Time to redeem yourselves!!

More like -10! 1 is too generous. Don’t go near Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy! My boyfriends younger brother has had nothing but problems with this garage! The way he has been treated by them was and still is disgusting! My parents also had significant problems with this garage recently! Their customer service is the worst ever, the service manager is the rudest and most arrogant man! Plus COW BOY technicians that clearly don’t know how to fix anything on a car! Poor Mikey has had nothing but problem after problem! If you’re thinking about getting a car from this garage GO ELSE WHERE!!!!! Absolutely appalling garage!

Loads of problems with the car I bought, been back in the garage more than i have had it only bought the car a couple of months ago! Ive had to have repairs done at an independant garage because peter vardy didnt have a clue what was wrong! Complete lack of communication between all of the staff! They have now had my car a further 10 days, i was told it was ready to be collected yesterday so made my way to kirkcaldy only to find my car had not been touched, been left without a courtesy car all that time and spent all afernoon yesterday demanding they give me one! Which they refused to do then offered me one but wouldnt insure me! no one had a clue what to do! Ive been out of pocket with calls, transport, spent hours writing emails, both the edinburgh and kirkcaldy branch have been a joke! Nothing but nice until the car was out of the showroom! After that its been a nightmare! I would never buy a car from them again!

I have had my car for 8 months now and after having it one month I had to return it for numerous reason. The major one was rust on the tailgate at the back of the car, took the car in, they said they fixed it however after only several months the rust has returned .... which means they did not fix the problem in the first place ..... I have now called the garage everyday this week to get an update of when they plan to correct the problem ..... still waiting

Even 1 star is far too generous! Never in my life have I encountered such terrible customer service nor bought a car with so many problems! I bought a car 2 months ago and its spent more time back and forward to the garage than its been used for anything else and its still not been fixed!! Having now dealt with at least 4 'managers' who all promise the earth yet not one of them can even manage to return a phonecall.......I won't hold my breath for this being resolved any time soon! �

Disgusting service, bought my car in the 30th December. During the purchase the houselights were turned off and doors opened to bring cars in from outside, we were left in partial darkness and freezing. Furthermore, The salesman forgot to send away the correct paperwork meaning I continued to pay tax on the vehicle I part exchanged with them for over three months. On top of this, paperwork was misplaced/not sent meaning I left the garage without gap insurance which I paid for, on top of other paperwork which was esential. I found a major leak gathering in my footwell in January and had to wait over two weeks to get it booked in for repairs as no courtesy car available ( initially I was told I was not entitled to one at all and spent an hour on the phone to head office demanding someone sort the issue) . As it happens four days before the car was due to go in it refused to start and I had to arrange for the car to be transported to garage myself. I was told I would have the car back within four days, they took over four WEEKS to 'solve' the issue. All this time I had to chase up different departments for answers as no one gave a damn. I ended up having to contact head office numerous times and demand a meeting with the manager after threatening to contact the ombudsmen I was finally offered "compensasion" which barely covered my costs of taxis, the cost of the tax which I was paying on a car I didnt even own anymore and the cist of finance for the month the car was off the road. I have now had to replace my break discs and pads due to extreme rust which an independent mechanic explained could not have accumulated since December meaning this was an issue when the car was sold, despite this p.vardy are refusing to fix the issue as it is "wear and tear" So despite only driving my car for four months (It being off the road from January to february) I have no had to pay over £180 for new discs and will have to replace the two rear discs soon aswell. To top it all off, the leak has not even been fixed! After calling again, I have been told the soonest they can see the car and give me a courtesy car is over two weeks away. I would not recommend this branch; both sales and service team are unprofessional and clearly do not care about customer satisfaction in any way. No one communicates with eachother and as soon as the money is handed over you are disregarded!

Bought my insignia in 2013 from Ryan he told me my car had one owner as it was a pulled car registered from new with peter vardy. He informed me the mileage was high as it was a pulled car. Taking his word for it as the car was only 6 months old. I have just tried to sell my car only to find out I was lied to by Ryan and my car has two previous owners. Iv always bought my cars of vardy as we have two in the house hold. Let’s just say I’ll never cross their door ever again. I trusted this salesman in what he said only to find out I was lied to. I’m disgusted with Ryan that he took advantage of me being female with lack of knowledge in these sort of things. I will spread the word far and wide to who ever will listen not to go to vardy Kirkcaldy as they con you. I am absolutely disgusted Ryan I hope you sleep well at night and some one does this to a member of your family to let you see how it feels ����������

Absolutely shocking customer service.A work colleague has had ongoing problems with your branch which is resulting in loss of wages from time off to try and get it sorted and unable to get to work without her car.

Loads of problems with the car I bought, been back in the garage more than i have had it only bought the car a couple of months ago! Ive had to have repairs done at an independant garage because peter vardy didnt have a clue what was wrong! Complete lack of communication between all of the staff! They have now had my car a further 10 days, i was told it was ready to be collected yesterday so made my way to kirkcaldy only to find my car had not been touched, been left without a courtesy car all that time and spent all afernoon yesterday demanding they give me one! Which they refused to do then offered me one but wouldnt insure me! no one had a clue what to do! Ive been out of pocket with calls, transport, spent hours writing emails, both the edinburgh and kirkcaldy branch have been a joke! Nothing but nice until the car was out of the showroom! After that its been a nightmare! I would never buy a car from them again!

I have had my car for 8 months now and after having it one month I had to return it for numerous reason. The major one was rust on the tailgate at the back of the car, took the car in, they said they fixed it however after only several months the rust has returned .... which means they did not fix the problem in the first place ..... I have now called the garage everyday this week to get an update of when they plan to correct the problem ..... still waiting

Even 1 star is far too generous! Never in my life have I encountered such terrible customer service nor bought a car with so many problems! I bought a car 2 months ago and its spent more time back and forward to the garage than its been used for anything else and its still not been fixed!! Having now dealt with at least 4 'managers' who all promise the earth yet not one of them can even manage to return a phonecall.......I won't hold my breath for this being resolved any time soon! �

Disgusting service, bought my car in the 30th December. During the purchase the houselights were turned off and doors opened to bring cars in from outside, we were left in partial darkness and freezing. Furthermore, The salesman forgot to send away the correct paperwork meaning I continued to pay tax on the vehicle I part exchanged with them for over three months. On top of this, paperwork was misplaced/not sent meaning I left the garage without gap insurance which I paid for, on top of other paperwork which was esential. I found a major leak gathering in my footwell in January and had to wait over two weeks to get it booked in for repairs as no courtesy car available ( initially I was told I was not entitled to one at all and spent an hour on the phone to head office demanding someone sort the issue) . As it happens four days before the car was due to go in it refused to start and I had to arrange for the car to be transported to garage myself. I was told I would have the car back within four days, they took over four WEEKS to 'solve' the issue. All this time I had to chase up different departments for answers as no one gave a damn. I ended up having to contact head office numerous times and demand a meeting with the manager after threatening to contact the ombudsmen I was finally offered "compensasion" which barely covered my costs of taxis, the cost of the tax which I was paying on a car I didnt even own anymore and the cist of finance for the month the car was off the road. I have now had to replace my break discs and pads due to extreme rust which an independent mechanic explained could not have accumulated since December meaning this was an issue when the car was sold, despite this p.vardy are refusing to fix the issue as it is "wear and tear" So despite only driving my car for four months (It being off the road from January to february) I have no had to pay over £180 for new discs and will have to replace the two rear discs soon aswell. To top it all off, the leak has not even been fixed! After calling again, I have been told the soonest they can see the car and give me a courtesy car is over two weeks away. I would not recommend this branch; both sales and service team are unprofessional and clearly do not care about customer satisfaction in any way. No one communicates with eachother and as soon as the money is handed over you are disregarded!

Bought my insignia in 2013 from Ryan he told me my car had one owner as it was a pulled car registered from new with peter vardy. He informed me the mileage was high as it was a pulled car. Taking his word for it as the car was only 6 months old. I have just tried to sell my car only to find out I was lied to by Ryan and my car has two previous owners. Iv always bought my cars of vardy as we have two in the house hold. Let’s just say I’ll never cross their door ever again. I trusted this salesman in what he said only to find out I was lied to. I’m disgusted with Ryan that he took advantage of me being female with lack of knowledge in these sort of things. I will spread the word far and wide to who ever will listen not to go to vardy Kirkcaldy as they con you. I am absolutely disgusted Ryan I hope you sleep well at night and some one does this to a member of your family to let you see how it feels ����������

Absolutely shocking customer service.A work colleague has had ongoing problems with your branch which is resulting in loss of wages from time off to try and get it sorted and unable to get to work without her car.

I was mis sold a product over the phone Check and treat. Basically £25 to look at the car and tell me what I already know. The lady on phone said my oil would be topped up but basically told no. I can look at a car for that money

Would not recommend this dealership at all! 3 weeks waiting on car and was fobbed off in more than 1occasion. We done all the phoning round to the garage to find out what was happening. Attitude on 1 of the managers was appalling. Finally got the car and no one showed us the buttons where the lights were or nothing. And to top it off after being promised £20 of fuel it was on empty. Considering we were a customer we were not treated like 1. Not happy at all and had cheek to give us recommend vouchers. No thanks wont be getting another car from there and I defo wont be recommending anyone either!!!!!

Well mother paid a deposit on Monday. Signed all paperwork ..invited in to change her car only after 3 years ...no response for days as to when car being delivered ignored for 4 days by sales manager finally told the car she had "bought" had been already been sold and now as they can't source a car offered her a demonstration car with a few thousand miles at an extra cost of 29 quid a month? ���� I'll be speaking to managers on Monday a Shame Peter vardy couldn't have managers on till the same time as the normal staff letting the minions taking the fall out (however I was polite) won't be so polite on Monday....

Was advised via phonecall from Mechanic/Technicians to come in and get a small 20min repair done.

After waiting 15mins; on the unpleasant reception lady gossiping away - I eventually was called and treated with the utmost disrespect and told to leave the car all day... After this I just walked away �

The car is fantastic but peter Vardy failed terribly,I’d been paying a service plan for my VXR for 3.5 Years had two services and now they say it’s not covered because they talked me into buying a new one same car different colour,even though the salesman said the the plan would swap over no problem EMAC who operates the plan said there was no problem but vardy refuses to honour it and actually expect me to pay again for the service I’ve already paid for,I’ve cancelled the plan and taken my car to a reputable garage and will not use or recommend them again just ripoff merchants

Very bad experience with this dealership, would highly recommend avoiding it! put a deposit against a car in August 2013, and as of today STILL don't have my money refunded, even though the salesman claims to have processed the paperwork twice AND a manager claims to have done it too.

Shocking customer service .After sales is shocking me and my wife collected our car yesterday and the sale service was poor . We where told the car would have fuel in it which it didn't the sale man that we where dealing with was to busy so a other sale man took over the deal after paying for the car we where gave two keys with a apologies for not give us a key ring for them .and that was that we where not shown where the car was or anything. It my first experience doing business with Peter vardy and will be my last. I has also notice the car has a loud noise coming from the back of the car .my wife made the sales man aware of this and was told to drive it a couple of days and see if it clears. Take my advice stay well clear.

SHAME ON YOU MR PETER VARDY - you need to go on ‘Under Cover Boss’ to see what’s really going on in the Service Deoartment of your business. I’m still waiting after 5 weeks , for Chris the Service Manager, to call back re car play and OnStar WiFi problems that have been on going since purchased new in September. The After Sales Service is non existent and the Customer Care & Customer Service procedures are disgraceful & shameful. ! I have booked my car in 5 times for an assessment of the problem - the first 4 appointments, at my time and expense I may add, were either :- mysteriously not in the booking system , or ONSTAR systems were conveniently down that day, or Dani didn’t bother to turn up on my precious Saturday morning, as it was the staff night out the night before... !!! Shocking disgraceful practice. !!! No regard , attempt or interest in putting things right or ensuring customer satisfaction - very disappointed. !! There probably won’t be a satisfactory response to this post either which will only serve to consolidate my point.

Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy you should be ashamed of yourselves ! 2 days you've had our car. 2 days work my husband has lost. Day one: computer says no! Try taking it for a run we say. Day 2, oh yes you say, there is a fault. But we don't know where it is. We will need to keep it for a 3rd day. Second time it's been plugged into your computer in 3 weeks and now you tell us it needs a software update ??? And that'll be £30 extra labour charge ??? It comes to you every year for a service to keep the lifetime warranty going. Yes, lifetime warranty which you sold all your Corsas with in September 2010!! But now you're claiming we don't have one ??? And what about It sounding like a bag of spanners when it first starts up and makes a popping sound about 15 seconds after that. This doesn't happen now and again but every day. We take it you have enjoyed this experience too having had the car for over 48 hours now? This isn't the first time we've had issues with the service team. Time to redeem yourselves!!

The way he has been treated by them was and still is disgusting! My parents also had significant problems with this garage recently! Their customer service is the worst ever, the service manager is the rudest and most arrogant man! Plus COW BOY technicians that clearly don’t know how to fix anything on a car!
