The whole experience of purchasing my new 67.plate Corsa was brilliant from start to finish very friendly and helpful excellent knowledge and skills. The sales person I had last Ryan Fitzpatrick absolutely brilliant to deal with i love my new car and would definitely recommend Peter vardy vauxhall Aberdeen to family and friends in fact I already have and I will look forward to dealing with you in the future thanks for all your help Lynn Watson.

I would NEVER buy a car from here again! This review does not even deserve 1 star. Firstly we ordered a brand new car and was lied to by one of the managers about where the car was after it didn't appear in Aberdeen when it was meant to! We needed up with a different car that was in the Aberdeen showroom which we were happy to accept however we had our car for 3 weeks when there was a rattle noise. They took the car in for 5 hours looks at it and said that the part was ordered and they would need our car for 5 days. Dropped the car off and didn't see it again for 4 weeks!! Communication was awful a text now and again to tell us that the part hadn't arrived several times. Once the car was fixed we got a text to say it was ready when we picked the car up keys were exchanged no apology or nothing. Customer service is absolutely shocking I have complained and all they are offering is a full tank of fuel...not good enough and given that we now have our car I would need to drive 60 miles to get the full tank of fuel!! 4 weeks we didn't have our car anyone who is thinking about buying a brand new car DO NOT buy it from here.

Took my car for servicing and booked courtesy car. I had planned whole day took, holiday, when arrived customer service advisor said they do not accept EU licences. I will mention that during the phone conversation few times received confirmation that my licence will be accepted. My advice is to retrain the staff and change insurers. Thank you

Very impressed with the service I received from all at Peter Vardy. Was met at the door by Adam, hadn't a clue what I wanted and by the end of the visit I had purchased a car, which I'm very happy with. Signed on the Saturday and collected on the Wednesday. Courtesy call a few days later to see how things were going. couldn't have asked for more. Thanks again.

Worse Experience of my life dealing with this company who unfortunately have the dealership for Vauxhall, Landover and Jaguar in Aberdeen on all counts they are simply not interested, once they have your money they treat you like dirt. Vauxhall Aberdeen we delivered a vehicle to them due to a gearbox issue they told us that it would be 10 days before they looked at it just because they don't have the facilities and equipment to deal with the work they have and they wonder why we don't use them for regular servicing etc. even trying to book a scheduled manufacturers repair we need to deliver the vehicle first thing and we don't know when we will get it back

I will be looking at alternative options for future vehicles

Bought my first car expecting good service, have had to return the car as the valeting wasn't done, there was a noise coming from my car (that wasn't there when i test drove it). The electric mirror was not working also the car had scratches. Not pleased at all, and will not be back or recommending to a friend or family member.

A comedy of errors. A never ending string of disappointments and poor excuses. Handed off to several different sales people. The car was not ready at my agreed date and time. I was talked into buying a vx protect kit which has still not arrived. I was also promised a free gift if I purchased a car at their "VIP" event. That didn't happen either. Trading standards/false advertising? The car is fine but customer service is dismal.

This dealership was quite happy to take £16000 for a car 6 months ago. However, Customer aftercare at this dealership is appalling. Our car was damaged while in their carpark which they have taken no responsibility for. then they wanted to charge us £370 for what should be a routine check / repair, on top of the charge for a service.
We will certainly not be using Peter Vardy again!
I see that lots of reviews are given top marks for sales service. Wait until you need repairs, service, or other work done .... terrible after care.
