Bought an Astra k wish i hadn't worst car i have bought.Have owned An H and J versions.Grinding brakes disc and pads changed at 10k done 15k now and grinding again. Rattle rumble from front right hand side 4 attempts to fix still not fixed fobbed of each time there you go that's it fixed dive it a mile opps no its not.Go to astra k foum and see what i mean.
Infotainment system has a mind of its own which is a shame as you really need it to drown out the road noise.Shame as it could have been a good car alas poor after sales service and build quality let it down badly.

I am very happy with my car. She drives like a dream, light steering and quite quiet compared to some cars. Finn McDonald was very helpful and patience personified bless him. I was very stressed buying the car. But, in the end I ended up with the car of my choice. I would recommend anyone to buy from Peter Vardy. Thank you for your help.

Paul greeted me with a face full of smiles and warm handshake. Every question was fully answered to my degree of understanding. He also helped me to relax as I get nervous near strangers/in new places.i think he could tell. I even smiled when he called to make sure that everything was well with my new car and to the standards needed for my disability. All the staff were delightful and the coffee was grand. I'm smiling now as I recall my visits and feeling welcome.

Staff were excellent, very helpful, offered tea and coffee and "kids amusement packs" for our brood. Salesman (Jason) was fantastic, and a special thanks to used sales manager Craig who paid for us to have lunch as our car was late out of valet bay. Would definitely but from here again and would recommend them to anybody. A+++

Went in last weekend looking for my first new car. Dealt with Ben who was great from the start. He listened to what we were after and helped us find the best deal for us. Everything seemed transparent and there was no feeling of being pressured into anything. I mentioned the poor reviews to be found here on Google and he acknowledged that things have vastly improved over the last few months and have definitely changed for the better. Went in on Saturday and got my new car on the Tuesday - ideal!
