We recently bought our car from Peter vardy in Perth, the sales advisor Stephanie was fantastic! She has recently finished her training and has never been in the motor industry before, you would never know as her knowledge of everything was amazing. She also went out of her way to buy us a lovely gift to thank us for our business. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we will definitely recommend her to our friends and family. Great customer service, staff is welcoming, their knowledge about offer and services is perfect.
They put you first as a customer (they don't put a pressure on you what you should buy, but they check what you want and find the best options for the budget, preferences etc.).

Came away feeling like the most unwanted customer in the world. Never seen such demotivated disinterested staff who couldnt care less. Except for Tony . I would hv bought a car from Tony.

Update 26.08.2017: I unfortunately had a problem with my car on the first day. I went back and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was given a courtesy car and left it with them. The car needed a replacement part and order of this item was the only hiccup. It took 4 weeks to obtain the part, fit it and test it. This was a small irritation as I had use of the courtesy car for this period. I was kept informed regularly of the progress and my questions were always answered promptly. I now have my car and it is running like new! I only have praise for all of the staff involved. This has definitely been my best experience with a garage by a long way and I will have no hesitation in recommending anyone to visit them for buying a car or servicing. Thank you all!

Fantastic service all round, from the very friendly & cheerful gent on reception to all the sales chaps and service reception team, a pleasure to have visited the dealership, to discuss perhaps changing my car.
1st Class service from all those i met and a very friendly atmosphere also thanks to the Blonde lady i seem to recall was called Sheena who made me a lovely coffee, and also the Chap on reception once again who was very friendly and had a great rapport with all the other guests who were visiting .
It seems a very happy place to work and as a customer was made to feel incredibly welcome, i will most certainly visit again and let all my friends know about Peter Vardy Vauxhall Perth.

Staff were very friendly. They had a barbeque going and a bouncy castle for the kids to play on while we looked at cars. The process took a while so I was thankful of some food to eat for the kids and the bouncy castle to keep them entertained.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I booked my car in to have tyres fitted onto my 19" Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels. I did this on the assumption that being a Vauxhall Dealership they would have adequate skill / tools (and appreciation) to fit these without damaging them.

When I collected my car it was 17.30 and there was no immediately obvious damage (i was checked the outer edge of the wheels - once I had removed all the extra grease). Took my car home and pressure washed it to clean up the wheels and it looks like they have slid the wheel across the floor (or similar action). They also used a gun to take the wheels off and in doing so have damaged the wheels here also. The wheels had never been off the car before so there is no question it was damaged here.

The "Service Manager" finishes at 16.00 and doesn't respond to emails so don't expect a response in a hurry. I work away for weeks at a time so getting into the branch is nigh on impossible for me.

Anyway no resolution, no reply to my last email so all I can do is warn others to AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've now had 2 cars from here with really good, quality service. I've walked out of quite a few car dealerships due to salesmen with cocky attitudes and Peter Vardy wasn't one of them. The service all round was a winner 1st and second time round from my experience, and salesman Glen is fab! Yes I agree, some car sales people at other dealerships can be pushy, full of attitude and a general annoyance but not here, I'll be going back for my 3rd Peter Vardy car in a few years!
