Shop has good deals on most animal food I like to get my dog weighed when I go up it helps monitoring her, very friendly staff all in all can't fault.

Took my little kitten here and the staff were all brilliant ,everyone that I seen was so helpful and explained everything so well, from his first jag and worming etc,right through to him going for a wee operation (neutering)still got a couple of visits to go yet for his aftercare ,so far 👍☺

We arrived to buy a couple of guinea pigs from this pets and home but were rejected by a jobs worth, unhelpful, unfriendly assistant named ?Chloe? (I think). She ruined a little lads day with absolutely no qualms purely because we could not provide a photo of the hutch and would not purchase an overpriced hutch from the store. She used the excuse of foxes. We don't have any in Orkney. She then tried to say that the hutch would be too small even though we promised it was bigger than the one she tried to sell us. Ridiculous. We could have gone in with a fake picture anyway. Useless member of staff who seemed to take pleasure in rejecting a little lad. They try and strong arm you into buying there equipment and refuse to sell if you don't fall for it. Go somewhere else, private sellers etc rather than being treated like an animal abuser for no reason.

Very helpful when I ran out of Hypoallergenic dogfood for Ruskin.

The stats for selling dog things but not for being a dog supply store specially for Scottish professional working dogs and Indian mastiff breed dogs not a good selection of anti allergenic foods at all the worst service in any shopping service store in the world no knowledge about store service silly Girls thinking their professional idiots not even that good have to put my customers through another website so they can get their dog food the same as the stuff I use no selection of dog health care products they don't even sell ear canker or plaque off or Millers Green no antioxidants hell no even any vitality don't get me wrong it's stores ok if you own a mouse or a gerbil immigrants do a better job at service for the public service on the customer service site because of their broad spectrum of nationalities the understand the food industry and dog Kibble food has changed dramatically now Pets at Home silly girls should not be wearing manager badges and telling other silly girls who know about dietitian not to go away when they are serving customers for the one in the Loanhead section store???? From now on my friends and I will be recording their treatment and the service we received when we come in to the store to buy an average months supply of dog equipment and food do I do just buy it from pooch that way it's professional foods and professional it delivered and well grounded so you know what your dog is eating the only sell professional products for dogs and the service is first class you can ask for advice on a Pacific breed tailored diet for you but no extra expense like pets at Home good luck dog people you will need that shopping there??🐾🐾🐺
