CORONA VIRUS UPDATE
Following on from the prime ministers announcement last night we have no option but to close our holiday parks immediately.
As noted in the government advice below (full document can be viewed https://www.gov.uk/…/further-businesses -and-premises-to-clo…) if you are a key worker and using your holiday home to fulfil that role or your primary residence is not available you may continue to use your holiday home at this time.
... If you are going to be staying on the park after today can you please phone the office on 01592 892200 as we have been informed that the police may visit the parks and ask for a full list of people staying on the park. The office will be closed for face to face interaction but we will be open for phone calls between 10am and 2pm for customers still on the park for emergencies i.e. tripped electric or no gas.
If you have access to your primary residential address you must return until we are advised we can re-open.
The Bay hotel and all takeaway and delivery service for food are now closed until further notice.
The laundry and essentials shop will be available to use during the times of 10am-2pm

Once again we urge all our owners to take heed of the governments current advice to help stop the spread. Stay safe

... The essentials shop, laundrette and main office for the park will be open as normal with all our heightened cleaning taking place throughout the day.

Ref: Coronavirus (COVID-19)
With reference to the above, I write to update you with information for Pettycur Bay Holiday Park, Kinghorn Harbour and Leven Beach Holiday Parks whilst the situation is within our control.
... We are endeavouring to keep the facilities Restaurant, Bars open on the Park open, albeit staffing hours may change limiting access to the facilities. The Parks themselves will remain open and are unlikely to be closed but travel access to and from your caravan may be subject to restrictions, but access to your caravan will continue to be available to owners.
First and foremost the safety and well-being of both our customers and staff is paramount, although we do already practice Government and public health body recommendations. We are taking extra care by minimising physical contact, washing hands even more regularly and performing enhanced daily cleaning routines.
We plan to open our Park mini market on a flexible part- time basis for access to daily provisions, however at some point we expect that we will be instructed to close other public areas restaurant, bar, leisure area etc. We are currently working alongside our Head Chef to introduce takeaway deliveries to customers on the Parks.
Given that the educational facilities have now closed, we are anticipating owners may find that they wish to manage isolation using their caravans.
In respect of Mother’s Day Lunch, this will be going ahead as normal, taking the social distancing aspect in to consideration with spacing of tables and staggering bookings. If you have already booked and would like to have this boxed and delivered, then the service will be available…
