Terrible customer service. Looking at cars for a while and no one came out to assist. Won't be buying a Honda there. Best Honda service is at Henry's.

Great service, they managed to arrange a test drive for me in 10 mins after I popped in, great showroom and they even had some toys for my little daughter to keep her amused.

Horrendous customer service 4 months after selling us a brand new car. Despite several phone calls, they don't get back to you.

I picked up a brand new Honda Hr-v from the showroom on the 3rd of February 2017. Everything was great, from initial contact with the sales department all the way through to my collection of the vehicle.
Until I was advised by the police in the early hours of the 19th March that my vehicle was in an incident and that it appeared the handbrake had failed allowing my vehicle to traverse down the road and collide with a pole.
I notified the sales person of this (who is a star and has always been courteous and professional). On requesting details of the complaints procedure my email was forwarded to their principal dealer (Stephen Dasilva). His response is pictured below, showing not only does this gentleman have no customer care experience, but also has no knowledge of the specification of the vehicles he is charged with recommending and selling (HR-V has an electric braking system! Just how firmly can you pull up a button?)

Had to declare bankrupt after a service. Also charged to fix a mistake they made during a previous service. Double jeopardy!

No issues with staff John and Craig denholm very polite and very helpful , would recommend to anyone and everyone. Staff first class

Had my engine oil overfilled twice and there was initial reluctance to correct the issue.
