So Much RUBBISH !!! , this place is a joke , they will try and sell you Anything, anything but a good car they tell you lies all the time , this is the second car i got from them and they just tell you lies wont be buying any more cars from these muppets , cheaters !! hope they rot in hell

I got a reminder through from Phoenix about my MOT.

I am not willing to subject my car to these fiends.

They racked up 1500 quid in charges and returned my perfectly working car in a wrecked state.

Something that could have resulted in a very bad situation if I had not gone to another garage to get it fixed. They nicked several fluid lines while "repairing my car" and they were leaking.

I remember sitting in the Phoenix Waiting Room. Sitting with other folks whose car had issues that had not been resolved. We should have stood up. We should have walked out. But they had us. They had our cars and were doing really terrible things to them and expecting us to pay for it.

If you think about getting a car. Do not go here

If you end up here with your car in their shop - demand your car and drive really quickly away!

It is not worth it.

They do not care about you and your motor vehicle.

And they will wreck it.

Had to bring my car in to get work done on driver window switch and new airbags after product recall and the receptionist must have had a recent death in the family, as that is the only excuse I can think of for the state of her face. Unpleasant and unhelpful, made to feel like I was intruding in her personal garage. Switch replacement failed to fix the window but they couldn't tell me what was actually wrong with it. Not good.

The service I recieved was first class after what was turning into a saga. new guy o dealt with was first class. I would recommend phoenix Honda to anyone

would never buy from them again firstly promised a full tank of fuel with new car,on my way out when noticed it was half full so about turned and it was a "oh sorry " from the fox salesman,who also said car would be taxed for 6 months,nope two months later in came the brown envelope from dvla,i would never buy from arnold clark again even if i have to travel to carlisle to get someone who is not arnold clark

We had a really lovely experience at this dealership, so much better than other dealerships we had gone too. Emma was not pushy and If she didn't know the answer to one of our questions she found out for us. It was a much more pleasant experience buying our car from here. Would definitely recommend buying from phoenix in Linwood.

phoned to enquire about getting an aux cable fitted into my 08 type r. The first girl who answered sounded uninterested and told me to wait while she passed me to service dept. Line was disconnected and I had to call back. A gentlemen answered who explained the Honda garage are unable to fit an aux cable into a Honda Civic. He also sounded uninterested and told me to go elsewhere
