Avoid this dealership, unless you want to be called an idiot and liar. When I tried to inform them that the " Smart tailgate" on my Tuscon was not working, I was told ( in the most condescending manner) that the function didn't exist. We found a YouTube clip showing how to reset it, and did so in 30 seconds. The General Manager and Service Manager were obnoxious, refused to admit they hadn't known of the feature, and then claimed we had abused and threatened their staff. All complete lies. We complained to Hyundia, who were excellent, however the complaint can only be dealt with by the dealership. Their "investigation" consisted of asking their staff what happened, and refusing to contact us because we were "abusive". What a farce.

Very helpful salesman but no brochure.

Went in to get locking wheel nuts off as when i bought car second hand didnt come with the part. Took details and never called. I then called to be told needed pics of part to see if could get. Then waited another two weeks and nothing again despite a few calls chasing it up. Eventually got through to someone who told me it wasn't an authentic hyundai part.
Friend in an independent garage used to work for hyundai for 7years and told me it 100% was so absolutely useless customer service.

No pressure sales, got fair deal and like car

service customer horrendous, phoned 3 times to book my car in for a faulty car and they keep saying that they will phone me back but that never happens
