Phoenix Mitsubishi Stirling (Permanently Closed)

Now taken over by Arnold Clark and honestly wouldn't even bother visiting. If you fancy a Mitsubishi go to another dealer. I phoned for a price on a PHEV and was told someone would call back, I waited 4 days and no one did. I then called in for a price, after waiting 20 minutes while 3 people had a meeting in an office off the showroom (presumably to work out a price) I gave up and left. When leaving the sales manager approached me and I explained I wasn't happy with the service he promised me he would email a price to me. That was two weeks ago now and still no email. I phoned a dealer in Edinburgh and got a price there and then. I've now bought a new car elsewhere. I hope this information is helpful and saves you the pain of visiting this garage.

A welcoming environment, spacious area to view & sit in vehicles. Courteous staff. Only gripe is the boot of the vehicle I wished to view was closed and being electric could not.be opened due to vehicle battery being flat. Otherwise an enjoyable experience
