It's been a long journey till we start and a hard step to take but we are closing down for good. It's been few years with plenty memories and a lots of customers that end up as friends. During this period I had the pleasure to meet a lot of amazing people. It's sad, but at the end of the day I have to do what is the best for my family and myself so if you have any enquiry or repair I'll be happy to help you at home until we are established in the new premises. It will be bigger , nicer but what will never gonna change it will be our amazing customer service! Thank you to everyone of yous and we will be in touch soon.

iPhone 7 screen fixed in jig time, first class.

Wouldn’t let me leave another review so thought I would update this one went back into this shop after I threw my phone in a bucket of water the guy in the shop worked so hard to fix it he had to try a few different things but managed to get it. This has been my second visit to the shop with 2 different problems and he has been fantastic I honestly can’t thank him enough so helpful!



Brilliant service went in this morning to get 2 phones fixed they where done within an hour the guy that works there was brilliant fantastic customer service overall very impressed!

What a great service ,I phone 7 screen smashed to bits , left it with Yosan for fixing , couple of hours later sorted & delivered to my door ,great service,great prices,fast reliable service .thank you so much .

Went in to get my iPhone screen fixed, the owner was really friendly & chatty! Phone was fixed within 10 mins � great quality of service & definitely will be back!!

Took my phone in with a smashed screen walked up to the bank and by the time I got back my phone was ready, very fast and friendly service would definitely recommend, phone is like brand new

Thanks to yosan I now have google earth and Microsoft applications on my MacBook Air. He had it all done within an hour. What an absolute legend. Thank you so much :)

I wasn't sure if my cracked screen could be fixed as badly damaged. The owner needed a part that was still to be delivered. It was all fixed and he brought it to my door that evening at 8 despite the shop closing 5

Outstanding service

Has brilliant service. Yosan really takes care of his customers and explains exactly what the problem is.. also very reasonable prices and and the problem is sorted before you know it� wouldn't take my phone etc anywhere else.. would defs recommend it, this is the shop you should be going to� xxx

Had my grandson's iPhone 6 repaired, was shown problem which was supposedly repaired by some amateur in Larkhall repair shop, few months ago. advice stay well clear of that cave. They left a small plate out plus 4 screws. Parts replaced and new screen fitted by a very competent individual here in phoneshop Motherwell. I shall recommend this shop to everyone. Very good service indeed.

Had loads of visits to the shop as my fone has a mind of its own had loads done to it and infact the owner actually goes out his way to help x

Great Wee shop.reasonable prices to get your gadgets fixed n quick service.would defo recommend them to anyone.the staff are awesome n very helpful n friendly..would say the best one in Motherwell by far. Now a year down the line he's ma son in law�n gave me a gorgeous wee grandson��xxx

Best service from a phone shop I've ever had, PM about my iPhone 5 screen witch was badly smashed, he gave me a great price, and it only took him 5 minutes to replace and the phone looks brand new when he was finished Would highly recommend phoneshop Motherwell, all round brilliant service!!

Under no circumstances take your phone to this shop, I am utterly disgusted with the treatment I have received from here. I took an iPhone 6+ into this shop on Monday 21st Nov to get the screen fixed, I had purchased a groupon voucher to the value of £96 to cover this. When I got to the shop there was a young man, he took my phone and the voucher (which he redeemed straightaway) I asked if he could unlock it, he said his boss wasn't back in until Tuesday and it would take 2wks, I live in the east end so I asked would it be possible for him to hold onto it and he said yes. You would be lucky if I was in the shop 5mins. I gave them just under 2wks and called them to see how my phone was getting on. I got told that the shop had been broken into (which I didn't doubt and have been shown a crime report) but then the young man came on the phone to tell me he handed me my phone back on the same day that I originally went in �� this is a downright lie as I said before lucky if I was in the shop 5mins, there was no way he could have fixed it and handed me it back. I had 3 witnesses who know he didn't give me back. I called from Friday to Tuesday umpteen times to be told they were too busy to deal with me. The manager told me he has cctv and he would look at this and call me back, I am still awaiting that phone call. �I have since been in contact with Motherwell and wishaw police also groupon as this is now a theft and fraudulent case. I have also been in contact with trading standards.

I took my phone to this shop as all the reviews I read were good, but I feel disgusted and frustrated at the way I have been treated. The young man has taken my £600 handset and a £96 voucher and is blatantly lying that he has given me it back. If they have done it to me how many other people have they done it to?????
