About Phototherapy Prints

Fueling my photography addiction whilst trying to pain manage neurological condition & hopefully creating some images others will find therapeutic.

Phototherapy Prints Description

Hi, My name is Tracy & I am a photography addict!
I treated myself to a Cannon 1200D 15 months ago. Chose this type as good price for it's scope but mostly as Cannon's are light bodied. Weight of camera was very important to factor in.
I have a neurological disorder which is basically a malfunction of my central nervous system that Neurologist believes will be maybe 20 more years research to know how to control / help. I'm sick of meds that do not work & always have other side effects so apart from occasional Nefopam, valium for worst spasms, tens machine, turmeric. . . . amazing stuff! Well, You just got to get on with it and I'm not a sit & do nothing kind of girl. Mobility is often restricted but getting out shooting makes me feel like have been somewhere and had a small adventure. Using my zoom from my car window substitutes a walk & I actually can go further with my image than I could with good strong legs.
I have been so touched recently with so many kind comments from friends & family and also with finding work I am able to do increasing difficult ( Lost a job I loved recently as my limp became socially embarrassing to those I worked for although I was great at that job! ).
I also make jewellery out of old vinyl records and hope by doing that, a part time job that destroys my soul and perhaps selling a few prints to manage my life in a more sociable & enjoyable way with the freedom to lie down when needed, do some yoga. . . e. t. c.
In 2017 I intend to learn more about the technical side of using DSLR but photos I have taken up until now have been shot from the heart and sometimes it is the mistakes that bring most joy, maybe due to the surprise element. A few friends recently have said that a lot of my images have a calm vibe. I hope some people visiting this page may feel the same way.

There appears to be a temporary glitch on Summer but we have been having some lush weather so far. Here is a picture I took on a scorchio lovelly day last week. Sunshine weather shall resume soon.

Not posted anything on this page for way too long, but been very busy with my Vinyl Justice stuff. Been working out in the sunshine a lot ( unuasually lush weather for Scotland just now, so making the most of it) Was by this tree earlier that smelt amazing so took a snap shot. Posting more pics on my instagram now I have an account but will be back on here more soon I hope. ( If I can catch up with everything and be organised enough). In the mean time, enjoy the sun & pretty blossoms x

Took these photos on the beach yesterday. Sand art left by seaweed & when two perfect souls meet in the sand ( I do not know who's feet they were, but they left a good impression!)
