Php Lettings Elgin (Permanently Closed)

What a bunch of time wasters! Viewed a property and made an application, chased them for a week, but Jessica from the Elgin branch kept delaying us and wanted to get more viewers and more applications processed to compete with us on the property (?!), eventually I emailed their boss, and then got an email back from them within 20 minutes to apologise and say they will now contact the landlord and get a reply for us that afternoon. Daniel from the Elgin branch kept getting facts wrong, said it was oil heating, while it was in fact central gas heating, and then said that during our second viewing on Friday he mentioned the Landlord in on holiday. The thing is- we never had a second viewing on a Friday, he just didn't remember who we were. Finally they emailed to say the landlord chose another applicant but they suggest to keep an eye on their website for more properties! Yeah, right, if I keep applying through this horrible agency I might find somewhere to rent in 20 years. Avoid if you can! I am also a home owner and will never use them as a landlord either.

I highly recommend the services of PHP Elgin, the service is excellent in terms of the efficiency and regular contact. As I live overseas I have peace of mind that the house is being cared for in a professional manner. Since I have placed the house with PHP it has always been let-out promptly.
