Nearing the end of a very very pleasant weave weekend! When is it not???? Could not be happier with these results and enjoying the colour combo v much.
This is a 2 metre sample piece woven in merino lambs and the student has utilised a number of different weave structures to achieve a fantastic piece that really pops with colour!

This is from a super limited edition which will only be appearing in @concretewardrobe ... these 14” square cushion pieces were handwoven in merino lambswool in colourways that coordinate with my MQ19 collection of large blanket scarves and large square scarves. Very pleased with these pieces. Thank you @kalopsiac

The golden scissors received there second airing last night as a second student completed their stunning project - this time in cottolin and again utilising a snowflake overshot design to good effect. Again there were many whoops of delight as the finished pieces was taken off the front beam. I think it’s save to say we had two very happy weavers last night in the PickOne Weave Studios .... #happy @ PickOne

User

Last night not one but two of my evening class students completed their projects. This overshot weave structure made excellent use of a stunning colour combination in merino lambs wool by first time weaver and attendee to the PickOne Weave Studio, both she and I were delighted with the results! @ PickOne
