Had a back neck and shoulder massage from the lovely Anne. I Feel like a new women after 30 minutes of sheer bliss. Fantastic friendly service in delightfully relaxing surroundings. I shall definitely be back. Thank you

Great health club with great staff but Ali the manager really is the star of the show....I’ve been a member for over 20 years and the club has never had such a dedicated, hard working manager ever. He’s a real asset to our club x

Friendly staff , lovely setting , massage was so relaxing enjoyed the spa , sauna and pool , dinner and breakfast were superb

Brilliant! The room and staff were very nice and helpful. I call the night before checking in, and talk with a receptionist, explaining that we my have to bring my sister's baby in the evening to the room to be breastfeed. And not only that they have been very understanding, they provide a cot in 10 min. I'm sorry I didn't get her name , but thank you lovely lady receptionist

Lovely settings, friendly, helpful, welcoming staff in every department, spa was amazing , hotel room clean and comfy and breakfast was wonderful x will definitely recommend and be back, thankyou x

Unpleasant unfriendly and incompetent staff. Old and dated club. Changing rooms dirty and smell of urine. It was looking very dilapidated when I was a member in the mid-2000s. It only seems to have had a coat of paint since.
