Pierowall Fish & Jacks Chippy Description

Supplliers of fresh, frozen, smoked and salt fish. We source our fish from either local boat" Keila" or from the Shetland market. We source our scallops from Robbie Hutchison's boat the "Maggie J".
We smoke and salt fish on the premises. Products include smoked salmon, smoked mackeral, smoked haddock & smoked cod.
We salt haddock, ling, lythe and cod.
We serve fish & chips using our own processed fresh fish which ensures fish is fresh and boneless.

Both displays stocked up again. Fresh- Haddock, Cod, Lemon Sole, Plaice, Skate & Salmon. Fattie cutties and oatcakes here too. 😋

Lots of choices here at Hatston for a rainy Thurs. Fresh Keila fish in. Haddock, cod, monk, squid, plaice, halibut, tusk, catfish, John Dory, herring, salmon, King scallops, swordfish, tuna, seabass, boilers. Westray crab in about 11 along with lemon sole Thanks to Jeemie and crew, filleters, Stewart, divers and hauliers.

Open 9 to 5 today at Hatston Fresh Keila fish in. Haddock, cod, plaice, halibut, skate, squid, megrim, herring fillet, swordfish, tuna, seabass, queenies, boilers. Westray crab in about 11 Thanks to Jeemie and crew, Dom at Don Fishing Co, Duncan at Northwards and our filleters for excellent service.... Always remember everyone that makes things possible.
