Pilates Generations Description
Classically qualified Pilates teachers (Scott and Judyta). Offering 1: 1s and 1: 2s in a studio just off Holyrood Road. Also running mat classes in central Edinburgh (check out the website /events for locations). Our personal experience in practicing various movement disciplines (mainly swim, bike, run these days) gives us that extra edge and understanding. Get in touch if you want to get your body moving!
