Pilates looks deceptively easy. But the often-tiny movements improve balance and core strength which I actively use in PiYo, Strength, Agility and Power training.

Super boot camp and Pilates classes on a Monday evening in Bridge of Earn, really feel like I've worked hard. Can't wait til next week.
Since I have started attending Pilates with Maz I feel much straighter and it has helped a lot with the pain I get from a damaged shoulder joint. Getting much more mobility in my spine and joints looking forward to more sessions.
Mariann is fantastic! Her personal training is excellent and I have also really enjoyed her Pilates and Fitball classes. She manages to make her exercise classes fun and you always feel you have had a really good workout!
Loved the introduction to Pilates. Mariann is a patient teacher and very good at explaining it all to a newbie like me. I'm really excited to do more!
Just back from my weekly fix of Pilates, I am now feeling de stressed, motivated for the day and stronger.
I would highly recommend this for everyone to treat themselves to it's like going for a massage.
Maz is a super lady and certainly knows what she teaches.
This class is addictive in a healthy way�
I've been attending Maz' PilatesX classes here almost since it's inception. Maz is holistic in her approach and remains affordable, which given her length of experience is a real bonus too. For me, a mature lady, whilst I admit I do not always like some of the stretch poses, I can find them a bit hard.I try to push myself each time, And it is in general getting easier . Other stretches are more relaxing . Maz does not pressure anyone and has a genial approach to instruction. I do like the fact that my body has been worked and stretched, as it feels good afterwards. Maz is knowledgeable and dedicated to her role of encouraging us all to live a more rounded, healthier life. I for one intend to retain my physical flexibility for as long as possible, for I do
not wish to grow into an old, stiffly bent over lady if I can help it. And I have every faith that Maz will help me in that goal.

I had my first pilates class today and it was amazing. I love Marianns holistic approach to the body and mind in order to achieve what I hope for in my health and wellbeing. I can't wait for next weeks class now
