Join our army of local supplier superheroes! We've always valued our fantastic local suppliers and the last few weeks have shown us just how important they are! We're therefore looking to expand our range of locally sourced products, so if you're a supplier with a fantastic product we could potentially sell then we'd love to hear from you!

We're here to help! These are incredibly difficult times for people at the moment, but we're here to help our community in every way we can! We currently have funds in our Making A Difference Locally (MADL) fund, which can be used to support local charities or causes. If you know of a charity or cause that would benefit from this please let us know! We are also doing what we can to help our community in other ways, through essential deliveries and just general support! If you or someone you know is struggling, please let us know and our promise to you is we will do whatever we can to try and help 😊😊

We were very sad to hear that Elena Di Rollo’s was having to temporarily close as a result of the current crisis. Our entire team have enjoyed their products for many years and when we heard that they were going to be left stuck with a lot of their Easter stock, we were delighted to be able to help them out! This week you will be able to buy some of their fantastic Easter products in our store, which will not only be an incredible gift or treat for easter, but will also mean you will be helping out this brilliant local business as well! All of the retail prices will remain exactly the same as they were in Elena's store, meaning all of her loyal customers will still be able to buy the same products at the same prices until the store can re-open!

We can now deliver 'essentials kits' (contents detailed below) to those who are vulnerable or in isolation.
Kits are £25 with free delivery.
To order, please follow the below process:
... 1) Order one of our Essentials Kits (contents detailed below) by emailing orders@pinkiefarm.com, detailing the number of kits you require, the address you would like them delivered to, and a phone number we can contact you on to arrange payment and confirmation of delivery details.
2) A member of the Pinkie Farm Team will be in touch to confirm payment and delivery details. Please note, we only have 200 kits available which will be on a first come first serve basis. Your order will therefore not be guaranteed until we have been in touch with you.
3) We will aim to deliver orders within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. Please note that at this time we can only deliver within 3 miles of the store.
4) These kits cannot be altered or added to, as this will significantly decrease the number of people we will be able to help with the resource we have. We will however be looking to expand our capabilities over the coming weeks to allow customers to order products more freely. **The only exception to this will be if you urgently require a product related to a specific dietary requirement or need essential baby goods - in these instances please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
5) Once payment and delivery details have been confirmed, our drivers will deliver the kits to your door. They will place the order at your doorstep, and a social distancing of at least 2m will be maintained while the driver confirms you have received the delivery.
The contents of the kits are aimed at feeding 2-3 people and are compiled of the products we have been asked for regularly over the last week or so. This will include the following:
- 2ltr jug of Semi Skimmed Milk - 4 pack of morning rolls - Butter - Bacon - Eggs - Medium Steak Pie - Potatoes - Onions - Carrots - Apples - Satsumas - Bananas - Multipack of crisps - Dots Donuts - Bar of chocolate

Delighted to be able to help out East Lothian Sunday fresh chicken dinner boxes with a donation of £500 from our Making A Difference Locally (MADL) fund 😊 Our MADL fund was developed in conjunction with Nisa Retail, raising funds through carrier bag charges and some own branded products within the store. We use this fund to support local causes and charities within our community. If you know somewhere that falls within this criteria please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll see what we can do to help!

The people that make Pinkie Farm!
The last few weeks or so have been unprecedented and challenging times for us all. With supermarket shelves being cleared out and supply chains collapsing around us, we have relied on a small group of people who make up our Pinkie Farm family to ensure our beloved community could still access the essential supplies they needed. These pictures cover just a small handful of the truly wonderful people involved in our store, but represent the en...

Please do not underestimate the severity of our current situation!! We will look after you all but we require your help and consideration!!
Dear customer's old and new, in order to try and keep some order in the shop and for us to keep up with hygiene in this unprecedented time we are going to have to establish some rules for all of our safety.
Firstly, if you feel unwell or anyone in your household has any coronavirus symptoms do not enter the shop. We are working on delive...ry options to ensure you can still access supplies which we will be providing info on over Facebook in the coming days.
Please shop for the elderly in our community so they do not have to come out. This is why we have not placed severe restrictions on how much you can buy.
Please do not bring or send your children to the shop, and please do not allow your children to go out and meet with their friends. We have had a concerning amount of kids trying to congregate in and around the store recently and so it is clear the threat of Coronavirus is not being taken seriously enough. Schools have closed for a reason and we should all be taking the governments advice to stay at home where possible.
Only one member of each household should come to the shop. The shop should not be used as a family outing at this time.
Unfortunately, it cannot be a leisurely browsing experience - have a list, get what you need and try not to touch items you are not going to buy.
When you queue leave a metre between each person even if that means the queue ends up at the back of the shop. We have put markers on the floor to highlight this distance and would ask that you please use them to socially distance yourself.
Please limit how many times you come to the shop per week. We have noticed some customers coming in 3-4 times per day.
If the shop gets too full, we will close the doors and ask you to wait outside. Priority entry will be given to the elderly. Please do not get offended if we think you need priority! ;)
Finally, we would like to remind everyone that our team are working exceptionally long hours and putting their own health at risk to do everything they can to help protect and serve everyone within our community. They will be enforcing these measures for your safety as well as their own and so we have a zero tolerance policy for any abuse given to our team for carrying out their jobs. It is with regret that we should have to highlight this point, however we have already had multiple instances of this over the last few days.
We are continuing to work closely with suppliers and have large, regular deliveries due every day next week so there is no need to panic – everyone will get what they need as long as the above measures are followed.
Please stay safe, protect the elderly and vulnerable within our community and stay at home unless you are buying essentials.
Please get in touch if there is anything we can do to help.

We do not currently have: - toilet roll - hand soap - hand sanitiser - pasta - rice
We have some stock coming in tomorrow, however the bulk of what we need will be coming in on Monday so the out of stocks listed above are unlikely to change until then.
