Pizza Hut

Never had any complaints any time I've been here. Fairly typical chain.

Went for buffet lunch at 11.50 with youngest and her friend, informed no food on the buffet as there are no customers? Cheeky waitress said would you want stale food? I guess if it goes stale in 20 minutes under the heat lamps, they must throw most of it away, not a clue, some serious training required!

Awful expirience.
The salad buffet was very poor and the pizzas are overprice, but I was expecting that for any Pizza hut.

What I could not expect was the way they treated me there. One waitress was extremely rude because we had a misunderstanding about a pizza order. Amy K. was not very profesional waitress. The rest of the staff was nice. But the way she spoke to me, and throwed me the bill....

I felt humilliated. I was ok, the misunderstanding wasn't a big deal. But the reaction was overwhelming. Why she get mad on me? I wasn't asking for nothing else. I wasn`t angry or anything like that. I work in costumer service as well, and if I act in that way to a costumer, I would been fired, immediately.

I hope is only a bad day, and probably she is not like that with other costumers. Maybe because I'm foreign. I don't know.

One thing is sure, I never will comeback there.

First impressions of this particular sore are not great, we came in on a quite Tuesday night and waited over 30 mins before we got any recognition we were waiting to be served, so get just grabbed some menus and sat at a table and waited a further 10-15 mins, before anyone can to collect our orders,

Food was fine no complaints there and staff were great once we were acknowledged.

Try asking for tap water for the table and you'll be greeted with a harsh "we only have bottles". Very poor! Pizzas never arrived after nearly an hour so we left after having no food at all, given we were away to the cinema. Staff were not apologetic in the slightest.

Disgusting customer service! Don't complain often, it this is one for head office.
