Went there on a weds for early dinner with my two children. Brilliant staff. Food, salad bar, drink and desserts were all fab!

The new decor is amazing �

Wanted to shout out to Luke in your Cambridge, Newmarket Road store

Went in on Saturday for my sons birthday and never had such wonderful service, took time to listen as my son wanted to talk to him about “Luke” also being a train on Thomas tank engine and offered to help take photos of our table.. he is a credit to your store �

Very happy went on a Saturday at 13:00 only had to wait about 5 mins for a table service was good and the guy looking after my table was brilliant. Food was very good and quick to come out. The only one this I would say is there could do with being another drinks machine as 1 does cause a tailback when busy and can’t be nice for the people sitting close. All in all very impressed and will return again.

Took my youngest child here for lunch. Customer service was fantastic. So nice to see happy, engaging, polite and friendly staff. Food was pretty good too.

Just decided on the spur of the moment to have an evening meal at the Pizza Hut, Cambridge Retail Park. First impressions were very good, lovely decor, relaxing atmosphere, warm and inviting. We weren't disappointed, the service was excellent, we had a lovely waitress who went out of her way to make our dining experience a good one, I am only sorry I did not take note of her name. We didn't have to wait long for our food which was delicious, fresh and hot (deep pan individual pizza), the salad was lovely, fresh, tasty and a wonderful selection. I really liked the serve yourself drinks and the choices of flavourings. All in all a lovely meal, great service and good value for money. Thank you

Advertising for staff! They seemed quite busy but the lady that served us was very polite and welcoming. There was a slight mix-up with the kids pizza but she soon fixed it! Pizzas tasted great and the salad bar was nice & fresh which was regularly topped up.Highly recommend �

Went for some lunch on Boxing Day with my husband & our 5 yr old son. Food was delicious, salad bar full & fresh, and service was excellent. Had half my pizza boxed up to bring home & son loved the ice cream station � All in all a great experience.

I love love LOVE PizzaHut, all the food was lovely and soooo love the salad bar. Slightly let down by ice cream milkshakes we ordered ... were expecting thick shakes but they were very runny. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good service despite being very very busy. Attentive staff too, food piping hot. 3 happy children. Cannot fault, glad we picked you rather than the slow service at F&B up the road!

Good food and good service went there with my 6 year old daughter and she loved it espcially the chose of ice cream

Even though the first lot of pizza lacked sauce or cheese the staff soon changed that and our buffet pizza was replaced with beautiful pizza at our table and a pizza to take away! I would recommend this Pizza Hut to my friends and family . Fantastic

Staff were quick to deal with our large party turning up without prebooking and were very friendly, ya just need bigger bowls for your unlimited salad bar and ice cream station lol

Much like any other Pizza Hut, we did go in at rather a busy time, with a coach load of children taking up a lot of the tables, I was a little disappointed about waiting nearly 20 minutes before anyone came to see us, but forgave the young lad as I believe he was on work experience, therefore has more to learn ! Food was as usual, staff were Ok the restaurant was pretty messy with food on the floor, but probably to be expected in a restaurant full of children.

Enjoyable, but service - friendly and attentive enough - was a tad slow. Menus look like an afterthought these days. Pizzas were good, and the milkshake (lime sherbet) was rather tasty. The decor has improved since we last visited, though the fake Americana is perhaps not to everyone's tastes.

Overly long wait to order and then made me the wrong pizza meaning I had to sit and watch my wife eat while they made the right on for me.



To be fair to them they knocked the price of my pizza off the bill but it wasn't great for an evening which wasn't even very busy.

Changed internal decor and there seems to be less seating. The que for the restaurant and take away are now merged together and it is hard for people to get out past the que. The tables for two don't fit 2 pizza pans and plates which made eating very difficult. The salad bar was practically empty and the que for the buffet was massive. We chose to eat off menu and waited over half an hour for food. The wrong order arrived and was cold. It was busy in there and the guy serving us was lovely but was not impressed overall. No one came and checked meal was ok or came to clear plates and bring bill. We could easily of just walked out but decided to go and pay at the bar. This took another 15 mins while they sorted out the bill as that was wrong too. Ending on a positive note the cheesy garlic bread was delicious!

We came in for my sons birthday. The tables were sticky and dirty. Salad bar messy. Music so loud we couldn't hear each other talking. Toilets in a complete mess too. Won't be returning. Very disappointed

Very unimpressed! Popped in last night, seated in a practically empty restaurant, then had to wait approx 20 minutes for someone to take our order, he didn't write/type anything down, salad bar was filthy! Pizza came some 25 minutes later but 3 or 4 minutes before the starters! Then got asked DO YOU WANT A PLATE!? Asked for chilli sauce was told they only had 1 little dip left to share between 3 adults... (even though we could see a massive bottle in the kitchen area). When we had finished our meal & they cleared the plates away & we said we didn't want any dessert, we then waited for approx 15 minutes for our bill no one came so we had to ask for it ourselves then once again was left so long we had to go to them to pay our bill.



Not what I expect from pizzahut at all.
