Pizza Hut Delivery

Food arrived quickly on a Saturday night. All food was cold and no BBQ sauce even though we paid for them. Phone number on receipt was wrong too when we called to complain.

Former part time delivery driver ( own car )
Abrupt store manager , lacks professionalism in dealing with staff.
Unorganized place for work. Everyone in there is a Boss.
Could be a lot better should Pizza hut invest in better management and team , alternatively training own staff to be more efficent and professional at the work place.
No job description/responsability , you could be a manager / then drive to deliver a pizza then come back and start making pizzas ( a bit irresponsible and not very hygienic in my opinion )

One of the worst experiences of my life! Got a delivery and when the pizza arrived there was no cheese called to complain and got balled out by the store manager down the phone she advised that she personally cooked my pizza and there was cheese she has it on cctv 😂😂 i asked for a copy of the file and was told it would only be given to the police!!!! 😂😂😂 she offered a replacement pizza eh NO THANKS for fear of contamination or a refund. So in the end i didnt report it to the police as im sure they have better things to do than view a file of some woman killing a pizza!! However ive made an official complaint so i can get a refund fingers crossed !!! AVOID 11/10 so wee update for you......still NO REFUND... pizza hut you are a disgrace!!!

Greasy pizza, not ideal price. Wasn't quite sure what to get deal wise but was being pressured for an answer by a pushy employee who wouldn't even serve the customer behind as I hadn't had a proper look at the menu. Have read reviews on both here and dominoes and went for what I thought was the better option. I guess the saying does really go "you get what you pay for".

I love this, and I joined the email list so I get up to date offers all the time. I also use the app - very easy to use.

In the high street they were handing out deals. Usually I avoid this nonsense when I shop but glad I never. Better deals than dominos and I waited 7 minutes from ordering!! Well good. The location isn't great as I had to use the public car park but overall a great place to have in Irvine

Picked up pizzas and came straight home, a journey of less than 10 minutes and our food was cold. 4 large pizzas that cost as much as a meal in a sit in restaurant, and I wish I'd gone to one of them instead. I can at least say the dough in the base was ok cause it's all I could taste, pepperoni so thin you could see through it, bbq sauce so weak it added moisture but no flavour, burnt onions and ham and chicken that taste the same. I'll not be back.

It was ok it is good for eating at the comfort of your home but I recommend the one in Glasgow if you want a proper Pizza Hut and all together I give it 3 stars because.....CHICKEN NUGGET PIZZA MUST HAPPEN
