Pizza Hut Delivery

Always makes me sad to leave a poor review - but after many orders for work events, I have to conclude that the staff are just incompetent or don't care whatsoever. We've never had an order a.) be delivered on time or b.) contain what we ordered via the online portal. How hard can it be guys?

JUST AVOID!!!!
I placed an order for a pizza and a Ben & Jerry's ice-cream (4.99£) yesterday afternoon (27.8.17). After an hour and a half a very rude driver delivered a cold pizza and a melted ice-cream. Before this delivery he phoned me three times to ask about my address, as obviously he had a wrong one, and then he demanded from me to walk where he had parked - half a mile from my flat- to get the pizza!! After my refusal, he finally arrived with the melted to milk ice-cream and the cold pizza! I returned the ice-cream back (far too hungry to return the pizza), calling at the same time to the store explaining the situation. The man on the phone apologized and offered to send me a new Ben & Jerry's ice-cream. After 28 hours and 4 phone calls later, I am still waiting for this bloody ice-cream! Staff on the phone was really rude, the driver was rude, they claimed no proof of my delivery/orders/phone calls etc. as they are totally unorganized! It is just your word against theirs!!! AND THEN THEY LIE ABOUT SENDING IT TO ME!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Appalling service, delivery person was so rude, saying cannot wait even for 2 min for me to get to the gate from my apartment. The managers support this behaviour and have no decency to apologise. I will never ever go there!

I ordered a pizza along with a side on July 10 2017, I waited over an hour for my pizza to arrive in which I ordered a Margherita w/ sweetcorn and when it came it was a Veggie Pizza and it was cold aswell, I phoned the shop and the woman (Manura) who picked it up apologized and gave me a 25 pound credit for me to order next time, the next day I phoned in the shop to place my order worth of the 25 credit said the woman wasn't there and there was no "proof", I told him she gave me her name and that was enough proof he still wouldn't believe me and told me to call tomorrow, so I phoned in today to call up and the same guy picked up and when I told him about the 25 credit he said he's going to change that decision and only give me a replacement pizza, I was raging at that point because I waited three days to get my correction and then he gives me this behaviour like I am some sort of child, Please take into consideration. Rest assured I will follow up.

DO NOT order from here during the week - twice now food has taken over an hour to arrive. Today its been close to two hours and still no food. So to anyone reading this please order from somewhere, anywhere else.

Absolutely Furious!!! Waited over an hour and a half and been trying to phone for over 25 mins and no awnser!!!!!! So angry. I've not even had updates or any other way to track my order. Will never order from here again.

Ordered over an hour ago. No answer when calling them several times and when I called the help desk they asked a thousand questions just to be told they are not on the same system so cannot check where my order is.
Edit: After ordering pizza elsewhere and eating it, the Pizza Hut delivery guy eventually turned up 2.5 hours later and said sorry for the wait and then looked confused when I turned him away.
