So the summer is over, the tourists are gone, and everyone is enjoying their pizza in front of the telly. Nothing wrong with that, unless you fancy trying a few of these beauties! I've got 3.5kg of absolute heaven to give away (well 3kg after trying some of them repeatedly to try and work out which one's my favourite 😂) but only to those brave souls who make their way to our St. Leonard's restaurant this weekend! Of course the quantities are limited (not least by my appetite), I do expect people to actually eat in the restaurant (let's not forget the pizza!), and no, I will not be leaving a tray of these beauties unattended on the front counter 😂. I'll be there lovingly serving them absolutely free of charge (until you're hooked and want more). What's not to like?

Went to eat in the restaurant this evening and I could not fault the food I had, one of the tastiest and well cooked pizzas I've had in town, loved the decor inside done a good job :) customer service was okay, waitress was arguing with the chef quite loudly, but luckily we were the only ones in there!

We had our first Pizzarelli experience today! This will be a regular spot for us from now on. Lovely place, we thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and the staff were lovely too! So pleased to find a vegan pizza! ��

Ordered several pizzas for my childs birthday party today and they went down well with the kids and adults. The Manager was cery kind and opened early to meet our order, and pizzas were delivered steaming hot - everyone thought the pizzas were delicious and we'll all be back to order more.. thanks very much to the staff!

Fresh ingredients from start to finish and a great flavor,even though it was a cheese and tomato pizza.

Held my son’s 13th birthday meal here this evening and it was amazing. The pizzas were perfect and the restaurant itself is so lovely. I’d like to especially thank your waitress Roxy who was attentive, patient, kind and helpful throughout. A real asset to your team!

Had lunch in the new restaurant today. I have had takeaway pizzas from Pizzarelli, so I knew their food was great anyway, but the restaurant is such a nice place to sit and enjoy the best pizza in Hastings (hands down). A great atmosphere, attentive staff, great prices and plenty of choice. Pizzas came out quickly, really hot, and with a good amount of toppings, not just thrown on randomly like you get elsewhere - also, great quality and so fresh. Have recommended to many friends already. Well done to James and the team!

First time ordering from pizzarelli. We had a flyer through the door and ive always liked the look of it. So as i had control of ordering i chose pizzarelli. I am so pleased i did the food was fresh, delivered hot and such great flavours, I will definitely be ordering from them again

Finally persuaded the kids to order our pizza from here tonight instead of the usual D*****s (they are creatures of habit!). Well, what can I say?! It blew their minds......best pizza ever! I had a lovely, homemade gluten free base to mine which was delicious (unlike the horrible bought in D*****s gluten free base that tastes like cardboard)! I'm not even that much of a pizza fan and I am sold. Absolutely delicious!

Excellent service and delivery tonight!

Hands down better pizzas and value compared to Dominoes & Pizza Hut, tasty fresh pizza. Husband had to finish mine off as well as his, and said best olives he's had for a while!

Easily the best place in town for a pizza!! The service is fantastic, friendly and inviting. Used them online as well and the delivery is very fast and pizzas are very well priced. Will be coming back again

When I looked at their prices I was initially put off however I spotted the 30per cent off then I googled them on trip advisor and they had a very high rating. It sounds like a lot of research for a pizza but I am a chef so a bit of an unapologetic food snob so will pay high prices that I can't afford, for better food. I ordered a Marinaro pizza and added mixed chillis, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and capers. It was absolutely delicious and without doubt the best I have ever had. Unfortunately the house wine at £12.99 was shockingly undrinkable, a bit like vinegar watered down with lemon juice so that ruined it somewhat. On the plus side the delivery man was excellent eye candy and well spoken

I've eaten at the restaurant and had a really lovely evening, great food, fun and relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. We often order Pizzarelli pizzas to collect and they are always ready on time and delicious. The Rustico and Calabrese are my favourites! Pizzarelli also deliver to our local pub which is a fab bonus when we're short of time to get dinner before quiz night! Pizzarelli is a great addition to the growing range of eateries at Marine Court.

We ordered online direct through their website at 7:25. We were advised the order would be here by 8:25. Got to 8:35 so called to ask for update to which we were advised 'well I can't see anything here so I believe it is on its way to you!'. At 8:40 (ish) we received a call to say that our order had gotten lost (computer glitch or something). We were told they would get our order done and sent out next. I asked how long this would be and was told 45mins!!! (Considering we could have collected the first time 15 mins after ordering, i dont understand this at all!). Bearing in mind it would have been 9:30 by this point, we cancelled our order and asked for a refund. There was no hesitation for a refund which was appreciated (just need to see if it happens!).

Weve not had problems before - Ordered and eaten in at Pizzarelli numerous times and it's been lovely and efficient. We are just disappointed today

I had a takeaway last night and hate to say this but was very unimpressed. I had the Parma Pizza and have always loved the combination of this, but was left feeling miserable with it last night. It arrived cold, there was little of the brie and pear and barely any walnuts. It was very bland and dry. With all the other pizza joints around I think I would struggle to return my custom if I'm honest.

Had a really disappointing evening. We ordered pizza at 8pm and was told it would be delivered at 9pm. I rang at 9.10pm only to be told it would another hour and a half. I said we couldn't wait that long as we had children to feed and could I pick it up. I was told yes but it would another hour. I asked why they couldn't let me know when we ordered it that here would a really long delay and for got,told sorry we got busy :( won't be ordering again it's a shame as we were regulars :-(

You need to employ more staff! Having waited an hour and 10 mins for our pizza (being quoted 50 minutes on your website), I'm then advised you've not even started cooking it!! It's meant to be FAST FOOD, that's the whole point. I'm off to make cheese on toast as I've well and truly lost the will to live. Grazie Pizzarelli!

They advertise as providing vegan dough. When I asked for a vegan pizza the lady on the phone laughed at me and told me there was butter in the dough. I cancelled my order!

I ordered online and was given a reference number and told that delivery would be made in approximately an hour. Around an hour and a half later the pizza had not been delivered so I gave them a call only to be told that they had not received the order and I would need to place the order again. I was advised that I should have also received a confirmation email if the order was received but this was not advised on the website. I asked what Pizzarelli would do to make up for the inconvenience and after a quick phone call to a manager I was advised that nothing would be offered to compensate. It's a real shame that management couldn't even offer anything to make light of a poor experience and spare them a poor review on multiple websites
