We arrived at this job last year. Since the job had been done there was constant leak. They had umpteen roofing companies out to try and resolve this issue. That’s where you can see the lead pieces and build up of mastic seals. We opted to strip out the tiles and lead bay. Change the heights of the tile battons and drop new lead gutters in. Welding up joints and giving enough space for water to escape. We then put new lead flashing along back coming round onto front. A long awaited issue resolved here @prservices17 🙌🏼. . We took on this little project and oh did it turn out well... The customer had been getting issues through the vents in the roof as the gradient of the roof wasn't enough with the water spilling in rather than out. The roof was already ventilated with a breather membrane and a mesh lead detail at the back wall. So we opted to take all the vents away and slated back. Fixing the wood underneath the slate. We sanded down the facia and wood round the windows and applied some white paint to really tidy things up. With some plaster works done inside. Very happy !

Enjoyed this one.... 1. New lead apron fitted with hidden copper tie fixings. 2. Bossed the lead round the gutter straps to give it that nice effect rather than welds every 600mm 3. We opted to pack it out behind the lead so it just dropped into the gutter nicely. Following the shape of the roof. 👷‍♂️ 4.
