We had a great birthday party this afternoon at pleasureland! Kids and adults all loved it. Food was good, rides all great and staff were excellent! Couldn't really fault it. Great value for money. Jay and Jackie took very good care of us, thanks again

Was there for Easter with grandkids, nieces n nephews n their kids. Kids had a great time. Great value for money with the wrisbands n the adults could enjoy a cuppa without worrying about kids getting lost. Will definately be going again.

Our 3rd visit here and it's great such a lovely place staff are very very nice and the young guys on the waltzers are brill helping the kids on and off safely,great value fir money and the food at the kiosk is great and price is good too just what you look fir at a day out ,clean tidy and friendly will visit loads I'm sure .

My little girl had great fun at pleasure land she wasn't to keen on one ride that u went upside down on and round in and they stopped the ride to let her off. Was very impressed xx

Kids love it here and you get what you pay for! Can't complain it's not all modern and fancy but it's still great unlimited fun for £9.

Just wanted to say thank to your staff today , my son is seriously ill with a mechanical heart , and my little brothers was going on the dodgems but my son couldn’t go on with it being to busy as if any one bumped into him it could hurt him , we asked if they could let him on once by himself as he was crying to go on and they said yes , he’s face was amazing couldn’t take the smile of his face thank you again for making his day feel as normal child x

I visited here with some adults with learning disabilities and we had a go on the Waltzers, the lady I was with was squealing, with laughter but the kind guy running the waltzers took time to ask if she was ok, which she was, very considerate guy! Thank you, they all had a great time!

A big thanks to the young guy manning the waltzers yesterday, my mum who had a stroke a number of years ago and has limited mobility decided yesterday to have go on the waltzers after a good few years of not having the confidence anymore. Anyway she went on and loved it but due to the angle of the car she found it hard to get off unaided so the young guy moved the car and helped me get her off the ride and he also stopped the next line of people and asked them all to move back do she could easily get down the stairs, top man �, much appreciated

1st time in at the weekend after winning January competition for unlimited wristbands, fantastic day children loved it we’ll definitely be back regularly especially during the summer. 1st time I’ve came across a deal like £9.50 for hours with so much to offer for all ages! Food & beverages good & very well priced. Looking forward to booking my sons birthday here. Staff friendly, happy to help children & speak to them.

£9.50 for a wristband great value. Could do with an upgrade but good day out.

We were here yesterday 3rd August with 37 kids from a playscheme it was brilliant! All kids loved it and the staff were great. Food was great value for money as well only losing a star as service there was a little slow! Would defiantly visit again and also reccomend to others.

The kids had a great time, it's cheap enough and there is plenty to keep them amused. The Cafe had a good selection of food and didn't break the bank. The only issue was some of the staff being rude especially the guy with a bead and glasses on the dodgems. His attitude and the way he spoke to all the children was disgusting, his behaviour soured the day.

Took my son and his friend today, they had fun but found the staff very rude, particularly on the trampoline bungee and dodgems. Felt they were very impatient with the boys and had very poor “children” skills. Son came away from dodgems feeling like he was in trouble for not understanding how the dodgem seatbelt worked straight away. Doubt we will come back

Had a bad experience with one attendant who refused my granddaughter admission to a ride even although she met the regulations for her height and had ridden the ride two weeks prior. She was upset. We spoke to an older lady who discussed situation with said attendant. It was agreed she could go on ride. She waited in queue area as he let everyone off ride. She was only one waiting. He turned lifted his jacket and left her standing!!!! HOW DISGUSTING WAS HE. She was very upset. I spoke to girl in kiosk. She offered me to speak to someone but as my granddaughter was clearly upset didn't want to cause her more so declined. I returned later in the week to speak to manager. He was nice enough and did give me free band for day but felt i was not really taken serious. Left us feeling very disappointed as we visit regularly.

Was there last week for my nephews birthday, my son won a prize on one of the machines which has either £5 £10 or wristbands on 6 different handles, my son won on one that didn't have anything on it all the manager gave him was his money back. Joke, Thot he had won something just to get his money back not his fault machine was empty, even after that they didn't put anything on that one handle. Couldn't even give the bairn a couple tokens for bikes. Don't know why people still go here.
