Porcelanosa

I was given tiles with stains on the back. Porcelanosa told me that they didn't know what the marks were but were probably an oil. The tiler told me that an oil would cause the tiles not to adhere to the wall properly. I explained this to Porcelanosa, who, as a tile manufacturer should know this. They have refused to provide me with tiles which aren't stained leaving me with no option but to reject the tiles as being of an unsatisfactory quality. I sent an email to the effect, a facebook message, tweeted them and called and have had no response. Save yourself the trouble and buy tiles somewhere with a company who will provide a quality product and good service .

The one star is for the tiles which I was happy with. Customer service is awful. I tried to return two boxes of tiles which I admit were outwith 28 days as stated on purchase. However there was no leeway on this at all. I explained that my planned date to begin bathroom had been delayed due to essential work which was unexpectedly needing to be done first. I was more than happy to take a credit note or buy tiles for my kitchen in exchange but there was no consideration. It was suggested to me I try and sell them online!! Who would have a bathroom small enough!! The offhand way in which they treat their customers is appalling. Both B&Q and wholesale domestic were happy to take back items and that was outwith a 45 day stipulation. I will never use porcelanosa again. I thought I would get a quality service as it is not the cheaper end of the market. Not so

100% recommendable. I really liked their showroom, definitely the place to go if you are looking for high end products with the best design and quality. They have a great selection of wall and floor tiles, mosaics and hardwood. Kitchens are stunning too. Staff were very kind and knowledgeable.

Phoned to check tiles in stock. Would have been helpful if sales person had told me that orders have to be placed a day in advance of collection. Completely wasted trip.

Stunning showroom full of great ideas! I spoke to a few different member of staff during my numerous visits (I took ages to decide!) and found the whole team at Glasgow very helpful and ended up purchasing products for our family bathroom and downstairs WC. These have now all been installed at look amazing and the quality is great. Would highly recommend taking a trip to the showroom.

Tried three times to speak to someone and place an order for almost a thousand pounds. Didn't receive one call back. Have wasted time all day and eventually gave up.

Been on hold for 28 MINUTES! This is not acceptable! All to pay for a tile i have already ordered!
