Went with family to celebrate my daughters birthday every one of us enjoyed our starters & main meals no room for pudding though but will definitely be back again. Staff are all lovely & nothing was too much trouble. Think this may be my new favourite place to eat.

Was there yesterday with 4friends for a birthday lunch food was delicious service and staff was first class I'll be back.x

Was in last night with my partner for dinner. The meal was lovely as always. And staff are all so nice. Great place to go for a meal. Highly recommend it.�

Was here yesterday with parents for mum's birthday loved it fresh appetising food which is amazing helpful and friendly staff clean and tidy restaurant and pub been before a few years ago definately be back highly recommend it if never been before

Visited for the first time today for lunch, with my husband, daughter and in-laws and we were all very impressed. Service was great, food was amazing and prices very reasonable. Definitely be back!

My family and I eat at hamiltons often food is delicious always hot and we have never had any complaints about the staff. The manager (Think it's Chris) (young man) is very helpfull and pleasant .

Lunch with a friend yesterday.....place was busy, we hadn't booked. They seated us at the bar as a table was just finishing up. 10 minute wait for the table, food was lovely.well presented, staff excellent. No problems at all on a very busy shift. Been several times and will be back.

I went to celebrate a birthday with family. Food was amazing. Great choices on the menu and also very good quality in portion sizes. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Would definately recommend.

Food was delicious and great value for money. Place was mobbed at 1245 on a Tuesday which is surely a good sign.

Excellent service. Brilliant choice of menu and very reasonable prices. I tried the Crispy Brie for a starter, delicious. For main course I had the Spicy Cajin Chicken again brilliant. The portions were generous and served piping hot. A very enjoyable meal.

Cannot praise this place enough. Great service, immaculately clean, and the food was the best I've eaten in Ayrshire. Tasty, hot and affordable. What more could you ask for? Two courses for £10.50? Excellent value.

Good meal , prompt service , squeezed us in even though we hadn’t booked 👍🏻 Been a few times now and not had a bad meal or experience yet , would highly recommend to try 😁

Visited Hamilton’s many times and always been pleased with the food and service, however went for dinner on Saturday night and was left feeling really annoyed with the appalling “service”. When I phoned to book they told me the booking was upstairs, on arrival 3 uninterested and unwelcoming staff members said there was no table for us. (Place was empty when we arrived). I assured them i was told to come upstairs. One of them huffed and said she would phone down to double check. Sure enough we had a table booked.

We were shown to our table and the room was absolutely freezing! I asked if they could turn air con off as it was really cold. Don’t think this was done, had to eat dinner with my outdoor jacket on. There was no customer service whatsoever, no one came to check that everything was ok with our meals or ask if we wanted another drink, when they could clearly see that our soft drinks were finished. Instead the 3 staff members were too busy gossiping behind the bar not paying any interest to their paying customers. I’m not sure if they were staring in our direction or just admiring theirselves in the mirror behind us but it was very off putting. Went up to the bar and asked for 4 colas since no one thought to ask us, barmaid said yes but continued to chat away doing nothing with her colleagues. Really disappointed with this service as I have visited many times and found the staff always welcoming and attentive. However I have never dined upstairs with these staff members.

I can’t fault the food in any way as it was just as delicious as it always is. Shame these staff members really let the place down on this occasion. I suggest they take some notes from the young male waiter who is normally downstairs as he has got customer service skills and waiting skills perfectly, always polite and attentive. Very disappointing visit.
