Quality letter postage

I use this post office on a regular basis and the service is always great.

This is without doubt not just the worst Post Office but the worst customer service in any shop I have ever encountered. The unhelpfulness and rudeness of staff is unexplainable. This has been a continued theme for over 1 year, every time thinking it may be better this time, but no and more often than not worse than the last. On one occasion in seeking assistance to post a special delivery letter the staff were so unhelpful and rude that they had my friend leave the store in tears. That's unacceptable. I see others have had a similar bad experiences. It is just the manner with which the staff deal with people that is so unpleasant. People are made to feel so unwelcome; from posting letters, collections, drop offs, passport applications, even getting stamps you are made to feel like you are a nuisance.

There is no question I will walk the extra distance to find another rather than suffer in here again.

I have to give it a star to review so it gets 1 for looking like a Post Office from the outside and for having functioning shelves.

Truly awful customer service and bringing the good name of the Post Office down.
