Charity Boxing Match - Art of Combat
Danny Clarke will be fighting at the Art of Combat on 27th April to raise money for Young Minds - children's mental health charity. He will be up against Enzo Parente. Enzo and his family lost their daughter Lana recently and are looking to raise as much as possible for Young Minds in her memory.
Danny has been training really hard for this event and secured sponsorship from local companies with all money going direct to the chosen cha...rity

Size isn't everything!! Offft, Laura's technique is spot on, I got scared when she was lubing up her elbows.....sorted my back and tension right out. She certainly knows what she is doing, I'll be back for more from the physioterrorist.

I have been to visit Laura regarding a recurring back problem a few times. She is the ultimate professional who has been a great help. If only I’d met her years ago.

I had really restrictive movement on my shoulders and Posture Fife not only sorted the movement but followed up with a stretch and exercise routine. My partner and son have both been and have responded well to the treatment and after care shown by Laura. Fantastic service, can not recommend it enough.

After years of neck and back pain after my first visit to Laura it has completely eased off xxx

After random onset of bad back pain, was recommended laura and glad i went. After 25 minutes I could walk much easier and was practically pain free. Couldnt believe it. Will defo be back in the future for any aches or pains

After being recommended to Laura I decided to give acupuncture a go. I can’t recommend this girl enough, hugely knowledgable about what she does, takes the time to explain the different areas she’s treating and why. And most importantly I felt relief and relatively pain free after just one session. She quickly identified the problem areas and treated very successfully. Always makes me feel very much at ease even when I was apprehensive about needles and her chat is great �

After being in pain for years and on constant pain killer for my back I finally went to laura to get sorted. I’m normally in agony every day come 5pm and needing to lie down to take the pressure off, tonight at 8pm still sitting up right with zero pain or discomfort � healing hands right there �

After a consultation and first session..feeling so much more relief ....looking forward to our next session and seeing my progress in the next couple of months...
