This week, the Tuesday classes will be a FREE trial. If there is enough demand we will run them on a trial basis until October 8th. The cost will be £5 for Step, and £2.50 for Abs, or just £6 for both classes. The number of steps we have is limited, so we may introduce a pre-book/pre-pay system if needed.

We have the potential to add a Powerhoop class onto our schedule, Tuesdays 2.00 - 2.45pm at Craigentinny Community Centre. Plenty parking and use of the outdoor space on sunny, warm days. Please let me know if you are interested x

Just been down to The Fisherrow Centre and all the roads are clear. Classes are all ON tonight as usual. Take care in the carpark as there is slush. If you prefer to travel by bus. routes are 15, 26, 30, 40 and 44 for Lothian Buses; 113 for East Lothian Buses; 6, 44 and 129 for First Bus.
