To everyone coming to my 6pm kettlebell class:
There's been an error in the system and way too many people have been booked in. I'm going to cap attendance at 20 and just want to apologise in advance if I have to turn you away tonight.
It will be for your own safety, as I don't want to overlook someone doing something as technical as kettlebells and then you get hurt and can't work out for weeks as a result.

Before I went freelance 18 months ago, I used to regularly teach classes 3 times a week. I've been focusing on 1-2-1 sessions since then, but I miss the group atmosphere and energy you can get in a class.

Truth hurts, and I’m sorry to drop this bombshell on you now, but if you wait for motivation to hit you to achieve anything – excuse my language, but – you’re a bit f*cked. There is no lightning strike, the heavens won’t part and sun won’t shine down on you. An angel choir singing in your ear β€œthis is it! Today is the day everything changes! Today you will do the thing!” – not happening!
Change can only happen if you CHOOSE to actively take part in your life, to commit and DO... something, every single day. Show up, if you feel like it or not. Make it a part of your life and see what you're capable of! This applies to so much more than the gym and fitness.

Who wants bigger glutes? πŸ™‹ Hip thrusts are hands down my favourite glute exercise at the moment
I've been trying to grow my peach πŸ‘ and these have made a big difference in my training lately. I currently train legs 3 times a week and break it up into one skill & strength day, one quad dominant day and one glute and hamstring dominant day
All booties are good booties. Big, small, round, flat, flabby, stretch marks, they're all great! But I want mine to be the size of two wate...rmelons πŸ‰ or alternatively bowling balls 🎳
