Pram-Fit By Impact Fitness Description
Our PRAM-fit classes are specifically designed to get you back into shape after having a baby. They are fun yet challenging, allowing mums to train with their baby by their side with other like-minded mums.
There are many changes to a mother's body during and after pregnancy - our instructors are trained to deliver a safe and effective exercise class taking into consideration every aspect of post-natal training guidelines, enabling mum's return to her pre-baby shape.
Classes are held outside on the grass pitch at Parklands Country Club. Full body workout provided. Please bring water and a mat or a towel. The pram and baby are not included in the workout so if you do not have a baby then you are still more than welcome to come along for a great workout : )
