Returned to Hotel Cromwell Stevenage today to clean three sofas.
The sofas had a soft viscose pile to them and had to be handled with care as to not damage the sheen like finish.
Thorough training to identify material composition is important in order to get the best clean without damaging expensive upholstered items.

Success today removing spilt red wine on a very light coloured wool carpet.
First the carpet was thoroughly vacuumed with my trusty sebo bs360, appropriate pre spray was applied and worked through the pile with a sebo duo ready for extraction with my Alltec Advance hot water extraction machine.
Cool rinse had no effect on the stain so I was very patient with a mild detergent (Alltec Network citrus pre spray) and tamping action to remove it completely without damaging the deli...cate wool pile. It’s important not to use heat on a stain as it can possibly make the stain permanent.

Another very satisfied customer in Hertford this morning. Their living room carpet was a long pile synthetic. It had very obvious black greasy soil in the traffic lane and at the bottom of the sofas and chairs where peoples feet sit.
As there was no pets I choose nitro Pre spray and heavy agitation with the TM4 crb. It cut through the traffic lane grease with ease and gave a out standing result.

Great result removing blood from a polypropylene carpet.
A cold rinse after a short m power dwell did the deed!

Fantastic results on a domestic carpet clean today.
Heavily soiled stairs covered in a old loop pile carpet was restored to nearly new condition.
Nitro pre spray with heavy agitation with the TM4 rinsed with ultimate master gave this old carpet a new lease of life!

Emergency call out today to remove various body fluids from a wool mix bedroom carpet and mattress.
I used m power spotter and a cool rinse before doing a general clean with a regular cleaning solution.
Results was fantastic and customer was very happy.

Great results on a heavily worn and soiled synthetic carpet this morning.
The worst carpet was in one of the bedrooms. A wide variety of makeup and food stains.
A high alkali preparatory spray was applied after a deep vacuum. The most important part of the removal was agitation. Using my Prochem TM4 crb machine, I worked the cleaning solution around the individual carpet fibres efficiently and gently. After an appropriate dwell time to allow the product to work the carpet... was thoroughly rinsed with a hot water extraction machine.
Result was a salvaged carpet and a very happy customer!

Had a great day cleaning an impressive Manor House and had great results low moisture cleaning a wool carpet for a up coming wedding 😊

Low moisture carpet cleaning techniques give the same great results but are both faster and cheaper with the carpets drying fat quicker than hot water extraction or “steam” machines.

Customer feedback like this makes my job worth doing! 😊

Surprised myself this afternoon!
Had a phone call from a new customer from Watton on Stone. His 98 year old mother had bleed all over her apartment without knowing. The carpet was described as a old wool carpet, with litres of blood spilt and allowed to dry.
Wool carpets can permanently stain easily, so I told the customer I wasn’t confident of complete removal.
... On arriving at the job, I was taken aback by how much blood there was and was left with even less confidence.
With a little experimentation I managed to completely remove all traces of the blood.
My customer was so happy they didn’t have to replace the carpets.
Pleased to say the elderly lady is still going strong 💪
